I have brought my ring here for a cleaning and to fix the setting and also to add a stone that went missing. They also will take links out of watched for free. They have some beautiful jewelry pieces here. Every time I come in here I wish I was RICH!
Staff is great and helpful

I wish it was possible to give no stars at all. They did everything they possibly could to make my engagement a horrible experience. When my fiancé picked the ring, it had the incorrect prongs. He accepted it because he had the proposal planned and they had to order the correct one. I brought it back to have the ones we wanted put on, and the entire diamond was crooked. They tried to fix it on the spot, but ended up having to completely replace the prongs again because they were so ruined. The third time I came to get it, the diamond was still crooked, and they had to redo it again! Every time I went to pick it up they tried to pass off their horrible craftsmanship without me noticing. They had no regard for quality, honesty, or integrity.

Staff was very helpful. I went here with my sister so she could get her engagement ring resized and they took care of her immediately and had it completed in 2 days.

If anyone asked me– «did he go to Jared?» I’ll most likely slap you. FYI. But on a less violent note, we have been a few times. Originally, we went on my birthday last year so that my man friend could get ideas on engagement rings. We talked to Syndi (with an s!) who was so helpful. She was able to talk me through all the different ideas in my head of what I wanted and liked. Then we actualized the ring of my dreams with various bands and sizes of diamonds. We have been to so many other jewelery places in the metro-​plex since then and really Syndi was the most kind, helpful and not pushy sales person we dealt with. Her attitude was unmatched anywhere else. She knew exactly what I wanted and didn’t try to talk me into anything with a halo, larger diamonds or anything «in style». The man friend ended up buying from her because of these reasons. I look forward to coming back and seeing Syndi. She is a gem.
