Jim Irwin Floral

I telephoned Jim Irwin Floral on Friday, May 10, 2013 from Louisiana with a same day request to send flowers to my sister in Ft. Worth, Texas. Jim pleasantly answered the phone and engaged me in conversation. I explained my desire to send Mother’s day flower bouquet to my sister addressed from her son, as she is a single Mom (husband is deceased) raising my nephew. He checked with his team to see if he was able to accommodate my request and agreed to assist. Jim explained his florist has a European style approach using quality fresh flowers (no carnations… thank you:) like hydrangeas, tulips, peonies, ranunculus, lilies, etc. My sister sent a picture of the bouquet and I was delighted to see they delivered a bright, beautiful arrangement as described. She truly appreciated the flowers SO much!
I had initially called The Enchanted Florist and shared my desired plan and request for same day service. Though I used them several times in the past, they refused to assist with my same day request. Obviously I was disappointed BUT I was more disappointed with the lack of concern or care to help. I understand there are times when businesses are unable to assist with spontaneous requests. I do believe an established business should put forth the effort to help, especially for repeat, loyal customers. In my opinion, this is an essential quality and should be the cornerstone of any business. Jim Irwin did not know me nor had I used his florist previously. He genuinely cared to listen, provided great service and ultimately accommodated my request, delivering a quality arrangement. He has definitely won me over as a customer! I will use Jim Irwin Floral going forward! Thank you again, Jim!

I use this florist to send flowers to my mom in fort worth. The people on the phone are always so helpful, explaining what they have and making recommendations on arrangements. My mother always sends pictures and the arrangements are beautiful, with fresh flowers and nice compositions. I’m picky about flower selection and color and I have never been anything but impressed with their work.
