New owner, New management! Previous rude staff gone! Store is clean, employees Helpful. Better selection of clothing. You get a smile and welcome from New employees– give this store another try! Amazed at the New turnaround they are making for the better!

I had given up on this store and said I would NEVER go back! Until… I saw they got a new owner! So I thought what the heck, it’s worth at least one try. The customer service is SOOOO MUCH BETTER! Literally from a 0 to a 10! They are so friendly, helpful and just make you feel welcome! Only gave them 4 stars instead of 5, because I wish they had more of a selection of clothes for my 2 yr old. But it’s a small store so I guess they fit as much as they can! But if you haven’t ban in awhile, I advice you give them another try! :)

This is definitely the worst kid to kid location. The young girls that work there are never helpful and seem put out if they have to go through your items or if you have any questions at all. It makes for a very awkward shopping experience. They only offer store credit for your items… And give you next to nothing for them no matter what. If you are just going to shop the items are not in style and very worn out. The large kid to kid bows are the only reason I would return to this store. Please higher new staff and maybe even a new buyer! I hate posting negative reviews but felt this was necessary :(

Bad customer service! The girls who work here seemed to be to busy chatting with each other than to be bothered with customers. Tried to ask a question and got a rude response. I have been to other Kid to Kid stores and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will not be back to this location!

I can’t agree more with the last review. I recently visited this location and now I refuse to buy or sell anything there even though it is the closest location to my home. The people are extremely RUDE. I’ve never had so many eyes rolled at me for asking a question. Not a pleasant place to shop or trade.

I wish I could give this store «ZERO STARS!» Coming from Colorado to Texas I expected to see southern hospitality at its finest. Boy was I wrong. The items are overpriced. And don’t get me started about the customer service. It so rude to be in a conversation between two women and they begin to speak Spanish between themselves, clearly about me. They sold me a remote-​controlled car for my son that said worked. However when I tried the car at home it barely moved. Upon taking it to the store their only answer was «sales final.» Do yourself a favor and spend time in the car to go to Once Upon a Child or another store. Google search this store. All you read is Rude! Rude! Rude! This business won’t be around long if it keeps up. Stay Away!!!
