So I actually like Dr. Mair… When you can get in to see him. I find his staff (especially those who work the phones) to be cold and unfriendly. They always sound exasperated and fed up, no matter the reason you’re calling. In office is not that much different. I’ve found myself feeling guilty for showing up at times. The nurses are pretty nice and Dr. Mair himself is great. I just hate having to call for appointments, questions and other issues. I’m a very steady thyroid patient with minimal issues so I don’t really understand the antagonized vibes I get from the staff. It’s hard to find a good endocrinologist, but I’m tempted to look elsewhere just to find a nicer environment.
