Great location and nice apartments. Parking is an issue for the general availability and this is the first CWS complex that I’ve known to have such strict rules for evening parking. For that reason alone I’ve added 2 car ports to save the headache. Plan on adding that to the rent unless you get a garage unit.

Moved in June from California — sight unseen. The office staff and manager were wonderful on email –answering a million questions for me. Arrived and everything was perfectly in order. Beautiful apartment. The office staff continues to go above and beyond. And, the maintenance staff is fantastic. When they say 24-​hour maintenance guarantee, they mean it.

I have lived in four different units in this complex. We know most of our neighbors by name and love it! The staff is always friendly and they always get maintenance done in a timely manner. Only thing that would make it better is a hot tub and larger gym :-)

My wife and I recently visited here looking for an apartment and were so impressed that we applied for a townhouse before leaving. Lindsay took great care of us. She showed us their 3⁄3 townhouse with a study and their 1⁄1 apartment. The 3⁄3 had plenty of living/​entertaining space, large bedrooms, a two-​care garage, and plenty of extra features that made the place feel like a home rather than an apartment. Some downsides were the small kitchen and bathrooms, but they were not enough to prevent us from grabbing the only townhouse available. Sorry everyone. The 1/​1, however, was also fantastic with similarly sized bedrooms and bathrooms and a larger kitchen. The amazing pool and lease-​free dog park are the icing on the cake. We cannot wait to move in next month!

I lived here with a friend when I was going to TCU. Our apartment was big, clean and affordable. Living on the third floor SUCKED, though. The ceilings were so high it was impossible to cool down in the hot Texas summers.
I give this place 3 stars mostly because my boyfriend’s car got broken into one night here. His stereo was stolen and his window was broken.
