McDonald’s

Growing up around the area, I been to this one and in the past it has been nasty, but since the renovations that took place here, it seems better, also I see that they gotten new employees, looks like they’re finally listening.

Great place for the kids to play n have a fast lunch. Very cheap food n they are giving you some healthier options for the happy meals.

Doesn’t get worse than this. Worst mikky Ds I have ever been to. Pretty sure every drop out in N Texas works here.

It’s mcdonalds that’s all I got to say nothing crazy good nothing terribly bad with the service I got. The food is the same as other mcdonalds so it’s not like it blows it out of the water.
3 stars because it’s what I would expect from a mcdonalds again nothing amazing just what you would expect. People who do their jobs but nothing to rave about because they probably don’t want to be there but want a paycheck
I got my order in a decent time. That’s it nothing really to say about a McDonald’s

Buyer be aware! I stopped here for a strawberry milkshake today (July 20, 2013 at around 5:39) and it had some dark yellow crap and other debris floating in the shake. I took the shake back to the store and asked for my money back. The manager was rude but finally gave me my money back. She stated that the dark yellow material was part of the item used to make the shake, she never did state what the other debris floating in the shake was. My thoughts are that the cup used was dirty or that someone placed something in the shake. I’m just glad that I looked at the drink before handing it over to my daughter to consume. Please people save your money and your health

I don’t usually write reviews on fast food restaurants but this one was just a MESS so I had to. As many parents feel, McDonalds is one of those necessary evils when you have little ones. We do not frequent it often but occasionally we will give in to their pleads for the Happy Meal.
Last night my daughter sang in her school concert so we wanted something quick and easy on the way home. McDonalds sounded like a good idea.
The store seemed really dirty when we arrived, tables not cleaned off, etc. We ordered and got our food. There was no ketchup, just the cups that hold the ketchup so we had to ask for the packets. No big deal. The Coke was out… a disappointment for my daughter but again, no big deal.
Then we made the MISTAKE of using the disgustingly dirty restroom. When we were done we went to wash our hands, lathered up with soap and lo and behold, the faucet did NOT work. Not a drop would come out. So we had lathered up hands and no way to rinse them off. I went out and asked the young girl working the counter if they knew their bathroom faucet was not working and she said YES. Appalled I told her it would be helpful to have a SIGN somewhere as we were lathered with nowhere to rinse. She walked off, no response, apology or anything. I looked around for a manager but he was sitting in one of the booths eating so we just left so we could go home and wash our hands. This makes me wonder, HOW ARE THE EMPLOYEES WASHING UP AFTER USING THE RESTROOM? The sign saying «Employees Must Wash Hands before returning to work» was displayed but a lot of good that does.
Disgusting and unprofessional. We will never return to this McDonalds even though it is the closest one to our house. Drive thru service always proves to be horrible and slow also and 9 times out of 10 the order is wrong. Never again. Take my advice and drive a little to get your Golden Arches fix, don’t go to this one! I wonder how long they will take to fix the faucet, this has to break all kinds of health regulations…

So I gave in and decided to get a plain Vanilla Sundae (thankfully, this location had the machine running in the middle of the day — unlike other locations recently).
Instead of assuming that I could order ice cream, I ask the associate at the counter if the machine is running. She turns, looks, turns back and replied, «yes».
I order the ice cream and a small water. .96 cents? Wow, I think the taxes are a little cheaper at this location then others (I usually expect to pay about $ 1.07 or so).
Anyhow, I pay and she delivers the ice cream and water with a THUNK!
Yep, instead of placing it on the counter it was slightly tossed with little regard and a little attitude.
I get my change and she walks away… no thank you, no have a nice day… and no spoon.
It seems that she too just realized this because as soon as I return to the counter she’s holding it out for me. Nice.
But I’m not upset by this, I don’t know what kind of day she’s having (maybe she just had just gotten so bad news earlier, I don’t know). I just wish she would have been a little more professional in the very short time that she had to deal with me.
Anyhow, hopefully her day is going a little better and maybe my next visit will be a little more pleasant.
