Pack Optical

Go get an exam somewhere else, the moment you try to get your contacts from a different retailer they will do the the utmost ridiculous things from keeping you from your prescription.
My prescription wasn’t expired and still isn’t, but I am due for an exam next month. I rarely wear my contacts so I had a 6 month supply when I first got my exam. I just now opened my last box I figured I would go ahead and order another box from 1800contacts.
Unfortunately for me I never received a copy of my prescription so I called pack optical for that. They refused to give me my prescription and just said they’ll give me a box to hold me over until my next exam. The thing is, I don’t live close to pack optical anymore and wanted to just order another box because I always wear my glasses now.
So after long debates on the phone, they still refused to give me my own prescription that I had paid for. I will be going to a different optometrist that offers suitable customer service.
