HIring a process server out of state is a hit or miss proposition. Even when you ask for referrals from other lawyers, you’re never sure if the process server is any good. We have had some terrible process servers in the past, in Texas. This week, we had an emergency service. We found PCS and called them. They were INCREDIBLE. They didn’t require payment up front. They sent someone out right away. They were responsive to our inquiries. They checked in with us about the rules of service in our jurisdiction. They got our person served in under 24 hours. The people on the phone and email were friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a process server in the Fort Worth area.

Bonded friend out of jail, who then became strung out on methamphetamine… tried to call PCS and start the process to remove myself as surety from his bond after the rampaged through my home, destroyed everything I owned, and made arrangements to go to his mother’s house 3 states away. Woman who answered the phone asked to speak with him and told him that she didn’t give a shit what i said, she was still going to honor the bond regardless of what i said. Basically telling him to do whatever he wanted, and telling me that he could terrorize me anyway he saw fit and it didnt matter. I’ve got multiple witnesses to this account. When he doesn’t show up for court, its on her ass to pay up then, cause ill be goddamned if she’ll get one penny from me. Never before seen this from a Bonding company, and damn sure will never deal with this company again.
