I like this location. The salespeople are really nice, and they are usually very knowledgeable. The only thing that I’ve ever purchased that simply didn’t work as promised for my dog was an electric collar. It was like $ 250, and I used it for two weeks before deciding to return it. I was worried they wouldn’t take it back, and when they did, I was surprised and grateful. I also like the way my purchase history dictates the coupons they send me. I know, I know, big brother is watching, but that’s okay.

the grooming is a disappointment. They never have an opening. NEVER. You have to book like a month in advance and when you do it is always with a new person who doesnt know what they are doing. Then on top of that they groomed my Dog there and then have no records of him so when I went to have him groomed at another one, they called to get his proof of rabies and they didnt have it. We couldnt get our dog groom. What a joke.

***REVIEWFORBANFIELD&PETSMART. ***BANFIELD5STARS ***PETSMART2STARS The people at Banfield were so good to my Gunny. Examined our new addition to our family. We bought the puppy package for $ 447. No pressure. The Vet his time explaining what i needed to do and addressed all ny concerns. They even called the next day to check on Gunny. We walked away very pleased with their services. However, PetSmart I’d have to say was a big disappointment at the registers. Twice we came in and I felt I was being lectured. I know we ha e a young puppy but I am not an idiot. The ladies were being very condescending. When I tried to pay and went to the wring lane the cashier snapped at me, «Is there a problem?» I was shocked that she spoke to me in that manner. Especially in front of my 12 year old daughter.
