Terrible experience when it came to ordering my refrigerator. I was told one thing and given another about my delivery. They delivered the wrong order a month later and then told me I would still have to wait for the correct one another month… I feel like the associate who helped me was dishonest, the manager tried to help but his offer didn’t help us and customer service was a frustrating experience. Beware when ordering anything from Sears. I will not be buying any major appliances there again.

I really liked the folks at Sears Auto Care. I walked in without an appointment, and they had my oil changed and tires rotated in an hour. Plus, they had a coupon for me, so the whole thing only cost $ 23 – not bad for an oil change.

Worst customer service. I have spent more than $ 4000 on high end appliances in the last 6 months with them. Last purchase was Friday and I drive 4 ½ hours round trip to get one in stock. Oven already doesn’t work. now ft worth won’t take it back even though last night they said they would because I did not buy it in this city. Can’t have a service guy come out for two weeks. NEVER buying Sears again… btw 5 yrs ago I bought a GE refrigerator that the ice maker broke within the first year. Seats tried to fix it 7 times but was never successful because the repairman said he was not allowed to order the correct part and they refused to give me a new refrigerator. I’ll say it again. Never spending money with Sears again!

This Sears has very friendly and helpful workers here. Sears has a lot of GREAT sales happening now on clothes. Get ‘em now before there gone.
