My family just moved to the area from Central California and were in need of someone to cut my nephews hair. After checking Unilocal for a barber shop I came across Skills Barbershop. He was able to get in with Baldo. My sister was extremely happy with the outcome. He took his time, and the end results are amazing. She will definitely continue to take him back for all his haircuts.

After coming home from my regular Houston barber, I took a chance on these guys, and they might make the 4-​hour drive worth it. Fantastic cut with even more exceptional service.
These barbers have talent as well as character. By FAR the most hospitable business I’ve been to in quite some time. Make sure to check out Ariel. He’s a fantastic barber.

Awesome haircuts. Been getting my hair cuts from Josh, and never fails to give me a fresh cut. Just a heads ups, this place can get busy and the cuts arent like the commercial chains where you’ll be in and out. They take their time to make sure your hair is cut right.

After relocating to North Fort Worth, I needed to find a barber. There are an assortment of commercial barbers; Great Clips, Sport Cuts, Knockouts, etc. However, I feel like just a number when I visit these places. They want to get you in, and get you out as fast as they can.
If quality is what you’re seeking, you need to visit Skillz Barber Shop. The hair cut did not seemed rushed, and you could tell he cared about customer satisfaction.
The entire staff was welcoming, courteous and professional. So if you want a good hair cut, good conversation and a positive vibes, go check out Skillz Barber Shop.

Love this barber shop! Have been knowing Ariel and Erika for years! Erika is my barber and she cuts my whole family ! I love that I can schedule appointments for me and my kids for the whole month. She even takes credit cards !! She is great with kids ! She has her own so she knows how to interact with kids and help them feel comfortable!

Got a fresh Haircut by Erika M. Make an appointment because they STAY busy. She was really friendly, and so were the other Barbers in there. Check them out if you’re super picky about your lines, fades, and cuts in general.

This barbershop is pretty consistent when it comes to haircuts. Unlike other places where you never know how your hair is going to turn out, I know exactly what I’m getting every time I come in here. Erika is my regular barber and she does a good job and keeps it consistent. I’ve had my hair cut by two other guys here and they’ve done a good job, I’m pretty comfortable having anyone else in the shop cut my hair and I know they will do a good job.

This is the barbershop to go to. Reminds me of the «family style» barbershops we have back home in Puerto Rico. Ariel and his team are always in a great mood, they make sure to acknowledge you when you walk in the door, they talk to you about your family and theirs… Just a nice place to get your haircut, watch a game and throw some jokes around. They won’t let you leave until you are happy with your haircut.
Go to this place once and you will never go back to those Super Cut, The Boardroom Haircut places again. This place is all about a clean cut and not the bells and whistles.

Signs says they open at 10am Monday through weds. I showed up at 950am on Tuesday and at 10:07am there is still nobody here, doors locked and the lights are off. Terrible way to run a business! I will not be coming back here again

I have been looking for a good barbershop and have not had luck until I found skills. I got my haircut by Joe. He took the time to listen to me and provided many recommendations. He also payed attention to all the details. I would highly recommend this place. Definitely ask for Joe.
