Starbucks

I’m surprised to see some of the negative reviews on here because my experience was excellent. Now, I don’t live here and frequent this one– I also am NOT a coffee/​Starbucks guru. I also don’t write reviews very often.
Having said all that, the reason I’m writing the review is because I was blown away by the friendliness and happy vibe at this Starbucks location. During my time (maybe 5 mins total?) inside, there had to be at least 3 other guests who before they ordered were called by name. I’d come back to this location if I’m in this part of town again. If you like a hometown feel like «Cheers, where everyone knows your name» then I recommend this Starbucks location. :)

The baristas are nice, don’t get me wrong. But I went in today and remembered why I haven’t been to this location in a while. They’re always out of something. Today I tried to order a cold brew at 11 AM and they’re out. Someone «forgot» to brew some last night. The baristas need some more training in making drinks. Frappuchinos are always super watery like it’s been made and already melted. Today I got 2 toasted graham frappunicnos and they came out looking like shit. The whipped cream looked like it was melted and the color and consistency of the drink was just horrible. Never coming back here again.

Le sigh. I should have gone to my regular starbucks near work but I didn’t want to mess with 35 so I came here. I wanted cold brew and they were out. The barista then suggested a double shot in a can. Ew. No. The iced coffee I got tasted like it was made hours ago and was burnt.

Been a regular here for over a year. They know our order and get it ready quickly. Have not had any problems, the people who make the drinks are really good at what they do! I don’t live even the minutes from here, I can order my drink and head that way and it’s ready by the time I get there! Even larger orders that we place are made properly which is a big deal! Convenient location and awesome customer service! We will continue to visit this location to order our favorite drinks and food!

This location does a solid job. I would say that the line moves quickly within store, the baristas are quick and polite conversationally and have great suggestions. My only disappointment was that I feel as they are low on stock sometimes of popular drink ingredients.

Could they be any worst? the baristas love to talk their time on even getting your order none the less make the actual drink, as she’s taking my order she starts a random conversation with the girl next to her and then ask me to repeat my order again making it seem like it was my fault. I think I waited in line for about 8 minutes already with one person ahead of me and they only got one drink. As I pay for my drink already and as I’m waiting for my drink they tell me they can’t make it anymore because it just went out of season… like really?! I had my mind se on the carmel ribbon crunch! they sad theycan make me something else instead but I was already pretty upset that I wasted my time there
Oh I went to another Starbucks today and ITS NOT OUT OF SEASON. Hey thanks for lying to me!

This place can be really crowded sometimes, some of the furniture is vandalized and out of date.
Also the people that go here and bring their loud and atrocious kids, no thank you.
Coffee is moderately good, but sometimes it is unnecessary to take about ten minutes to make a drink.

I go here often cause it’s near my house.
But sometimes the drinks are okay.
Today I ordered a smores frappucino. They neglected to tell me that they were out of s’more whip cream. And charged me the $ 5 something for a grande. In the end, missing some ingredients and making it all wrong. They didn’t even layer it correctly.

When I was ordering my matcha drink some big worker named kathee was mocking my drink saying «matcha this matcha that omg» bad service don’t mock your customers when they can hear you at the counter.

Don’t stop if your in a hurry. These baristas take their sweet time and never get your drink quite right.

It’s a Starbucks so the service and the quality is pretty standard all around.
Barista is friendly and took my order quickly like any other one
This one has a ton of tables so if you need to study you can come and get some space. Not too he rice here with traffic at 5 in the afternoon so it’s a good spot.
Though I would say service wise it was a little slower than usual there were 3 people in line including myself and there was only one barista. So they may need to look to staff a little better.
But overall it’s a Starbucks can’t really complain but it’s not blow your mind amazing either.

Ok, let me break it down for ya’ll (as they say in Texas).
This starbucks has quite the chatterboxes behind the counter. I agree, all they do is talk. However, there IS one barista there whose quite the handsome fellow who makes drinks perfectly.
He made me this custom drink called the sleek-​feathered latte that blew my mind.
Next time I come here, I will order from him.
Good place to come smoke a joint, too.

I am not exaggerating when I say every other time I come here, my drink taste completely horrible. Today’s Sunday crew just put the icing on the cake. Not only did it take forever for them to take our orders, ring in, cash us out, but then after they took our order they didn’t have the other sandwich they rang us up for. The one lady (I assume the manager as she refunded the sandwich) did try to go out of her way to help us. I asked her if the drink was made correctly with ristretto shots, and she confirmed yes (even though the drink does not taste anything like my drinks at my normal Starbucks in Euless or the one off 820 and Western Center). She offered to remake it, but when it took about 10 mins to get my first drink, (which was almost made incorrectly if I had not seen the barista behind the bar putting the wrong syrup) I just declined as our group had to go. Now, the only time our group does get good drinks, and service is when Dale, Danielle, and the night manager is working. Now I know not too waste my time in the morning.

I’m surprised that there is only one review (and an unfavorable one, to boot!) for this location. My husband and I have frequented this one for over three years (and my husband gets his coffee here every single day), so I’d say that we are qualified to review this place…
The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They know our names and our drinks and always have a smile and small talk at the ready. We have been to every Starbucks in the area (and in many states) and this is, by far, our favorite one. We have the option of traveling to the one at 35 and Western Center (it’s the same distance from us) but I prefer this location. They don’t have a drive thru and I actually think it makes the customer service better. (that’s just my humble opinion).

I’ve spent many an evening lesson planning and grading papers. Great coffee, friendly employees.

Baristas are too social to each other that they forget how to make the drinks right. Waste of money.

Great service, wonderful place to hang out and listen to some incredible tunes in the background. This is one of my favorite Starbucks to hang at when I’m on the north side of Fort Worth in the Fossil Creek area. It’s a good community neighborhood coffee shop.

Probably my favorite Starbucks in the DFW area so far. Hours are incredibly convenient for the customer (5am-​11PM), the customer service is excellent, and the Starbucks brand is fresh as always. For those that like to people watch for all sorts of cooky characters, this may be your place. Lol.

This used to be my favorite go-​to Starbucks. I lived further up Beach, and worked a bit south on Beach. I’d drive past it every day. It was on the right side on the way to work, so it was perfect. Back in those days I was a regular. I’d walk in, and even if there was a line, my coffee would always be ready for me by the time I got to the cash register. Now, when I do stop in, I’m anonymous. I don’t know anyone who works here, and I don’t stop in enough where anyone is ever going to know me… Oh, and you do have to stop in, as location does not have a drive through. Other than that it’s a decent Starbucks that neither thrills nor disappoints. Hence my average 3-​star rating.
