PLEASEDONOTEATATTHISSUBWAY. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! A few weeks ago I called this store to do a to go order. They informed me they do not do to go orders. I thought that was odd, so I emailed someone asking if this is normal. I thought every Subway took to go orders. This was mostly just a question though, not a complaint. I was told they should have taken the to go order. Decided to give it another try. Ordered a chicken salad sandwich and left. Chicken salad was HORRIBLE! Apples were mealy and raisins were soggy. It was disgusting. I have had this before and this is not normal. I called and the manager told me to come in and she would give me a refund, so today I go in to get that. The other manager knew nothing about it. She was clearly irritated, but she called the other manager to see if she told me I could have a refund. When she gets done with the call, she throws the phone down(literally THROWS the phone) and shakes her head while she is reluctantly giving me my $ 4 back. I asked her what the problem was and she informs me that the other manager should have told her what was going on before I came in and also informs me that I had already complained about that store once and they don’t usually have problems with the same customer. REALLY? With that attitude they are lucky to have ANY customers. I wasn’t even mad yesterday. I just didn’t think I should have to pay for a gross, digusting, wet, soggy mess that I couldn’t eat. Didn’t complain to anyone. Simply asked the manager to make it right. I get my $ 4 and leave and a lady(another customer) comes out behind me and comes to my car window and asks me if they were just rude to me. I said yes and she said they were rude to them too. They were going to report them too! Unbelievable! Pretty sad. Please take your business to a Subway who appreciates their customers. This one doesn’t and they have no idea how to treat customers. There are Subways everywhere. It will be worth going a couple of blocks further to see a friendly manager instead of one with a permanent frown on her face! She is bitter about something, but she needs to leave it at home and quit taking out on paying customers — we are why she has a job. Would do ZERO stars, but you have to pick one star to review.
