Subway

Really nice subway and the employees are usually really nice also. The store is pretty clean and it isn’t that busy whenever I go. I work at Baylor which is next door so I eat here a lot. The only downside is the amount of homeless people that hangout around here is crazy. It’s really cool how this subway is open 24 hours a day.

Lorine was the sole employee on the shift during the ice days. She did a great job of serving me and the few other patrons that day. She made an extra special effort to get us what we needed. Thanks!

This is a decent Subway location. Plenty of parking, which is nice if you are downtown.

This is a decent location and I never had any issues with the employees. The store is clean and near my home.

WHAT THE HECK!?!
What is up with all the Subways on (or close to) Hwy I-​30?
Every Subway that I’ve visited next to this highway has been a difficult experience so far (I just want a sandwich, please).
So, I’m in a hurry at the time (gotta be at work in about 30 minutes) and this location is nearby.
I run in there to have someone yell out «WE“RE OUT OF PHILLY CHEESESTEAK».
Ok… no problem (I didn’t want any anyhow).
I get up there, inform her of the coupon I had (buy one 6″ get 6″ free) and right when I’m about to order my sandwich (Footlong Italian BMT)
«We don’t take coupons here.» she said.
Bleh… ok
So I change my order to a 6″ sub instead.
We get through the sandwich building process, I check out (after saying I want a combo), pay, then…
Wait? They only have one bag of Lay’s Potato Chips? Then I notice that I didn’t get my cup, so I wait till I can get their attention (to ask which cup comes with the combo).
I grab the last bag of Lay’s, get my iced tea and leave for work.

Subway located on the ground floor of the Methodist hospital. A good alternative to the hospital cafeteria options.
