I cannot comprehend how this place can keep any business. My Daughter was there valentine weekend and was charged for the room even after she refused to stay there. First room had cotton shoved in broken peep hole of door. Partially eaten food in microwave(first sign of filth), Dirty bathroom and second room smelled so bad, she couldn’t even enter. Manager(Nick?) was rude and dismissive. After she waited for an hour to get refund she was refused and he stood in front of her, gave her a nasty look, went to his car and waited on the rest of his rude staff to get in the car and left. When I spoke to him later he yelled at me, told me the discussion was over and I could get my money back or credit to the account somewhere else.(Wyndham is backing this thug by the way). Daughter had to pay for another hotel and dispute payment with her bank to stop the charge. Other guest left due to unmade bed when they arrived. I would love to meet the person who thinks this is acceptable! Hope to meet Nick soon for proper discussion and resolution. Was shown a nice room a week before reservation was made but not upon arrival. See ya soon NICK. Lesson in Hospitality will be free of charge… warm up the car pal.

This is the cleanest and quietest motel I have come across in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping are always nice and professional. No bugs, no issues. The rooms have the modern updated look and firm beds. They clearly do not have cheap old mattresses here. The microwave and fridge come in handy. Though there is a QT across the street and plenty of fast food down the road. I always stay at this location when I come to Texas on business trips. They never disappoint me. Even the small laundry room has generous size washer and dryer at an affordable price. Thanks for keeping the rates affordable at this treasure find!

Horrible customer service, horrible breakfast, nasty and filthy rooms. A complete disaster.

Nasty. Don’t get confused when you pull up and can’t find the office. It is unaccessible by car. Just get out and walk around, you will find it eventually. Not like they could put a sign or any direction directing you to where it is. While on your way you will be entertained by low flying jets right over your head. Pretty lights at night. So close it is like you can reach out and touch them. First room outdated, musty and not clean. Got a new room due to mold growth in the warm mini fridge. New room not much better. Cleaner fridge with leftover food left in there from the previous tenants. Ironing board set up recently used. Does anyone check these rooms? The musty smell is disgusting. Closets have no bars or anything in them just an empty mini room? The clothes hangers are on a pole bolted to the wall in the bathroom? It would be nice to be a little warned of the nature of the condition of this place. Swimming pool is a hole in the ground with debris in it. Just plain nasty!

This place looked newly renovated. It was clean and really nice looking. It looked like they were trying to copy some of the more upscale hotels. The rate was on point. The rate in combination with the nice clean room is what makes me give it 5 stars.

Clean and recently renovated, this Super 8 gave us a good nights sleep. Liked the large scale western art on the bedroom walls. Only minor complaint was a noisy bathroom fan but that was a very minor issue. Best mattresses of our trip so far! Visit the West Side café for breakfast if you sleep in and miss the continental like us.
