This Home Depot is reliable and the workers are friendly and helpful. I find the quality and prices of their products to be very competitive with anyone else. There is a hotdog vendor out front most days.

I just spent well over an hour filling out an obnoxiously long online application for a job that is not available! After finishing the application I called the store(529) to make sure that my application had gone through. I was informed by a manager that the position is not only not available but that the«sales» position is ALWAYS posted. Is your intention to waste everyones time? I can not be the only one that this has happened to. I use this store often being that I live minutes way but his makes me want to find another and I don’t think it is even their fault. My suggestion? Take down positions that are unavailable and/or make the application process much shorter. Stop wasting peoples time!

This is the worse Home Depot! Years ago Home Depot had a bad reputation because the employees would avoid customers! By and large this problem seems to have been corrected… except at THIS location. Yesterday I was standing at the paint counter waiting to be helped and the paint employee saw me from down the aisle and high-tailed it the other direction! Maybe he was going to lunch? Maybe he was clocking out? Who knows, but paint isn’t exactly a self service department-you have to keep it staffed. I shop at this location frequently and the paint incident was just the«last straw» that finally triggered me to write the review. It’s typical to see small clusters of employees that chat with each other and ignore customers as we walk by. I’ve seen the manager(or somebody«in charge») speak rudely to a cashier in front of people. I put the blame not on the paint guy or the other employees, but squarely on the shoulders of whoever is running that store. It’s about creating a culture of customer service and they are missing the mark. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the cashiers are usually friendly.
