Tropical Smoothie Cafe

We stopped in on Saturday evening on the way to a Christmas party. It was empty and the service was quick and friendly. This was our first visit to Tropical Smoothie but it certainly won’t be the last.
The café is bright and clean with a well organized menu and friendly staff. The menu is divided into two sections. On the Food side there is Tacos, Flatbreads, Wraps, Sandwiches and Salads.
I ordered the Cilantro Lime Fish taco (grilled tilapia, cabbage and roasted pineapple salsa) and it was fresh, healthy and delicious. I also tried the Korean BBQ steak Taco (steak, cucumber and kale slaw and sweet Asian BBQ sauce) which was pretty good. I wish the steak had been a little more tender. On tacos pick 2 for $ 5.49 or 3 for $ 7.99.
My son ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch from the Sandwich portion of menu. The sandwiches are $ 6.99 and come with a side. You choose from house made fruit medley, kale and apple slaw or chips.
You can go to the Smoothie side of the menu and add any flavor for $ 3.00 to create a combo. We did. We tried the Sunrise sunset smoothie (strawberry, pineapple, mango) it’s so good. I ordered the mocha madness smoothie and it was just right.
Be prepared, the smoothies are in a 24 oz. cup.
If you like tasty and delicious I recommend!

Love this place. Good food and smoothies. Good prices as well. I also like that you are able to order a large smoothie with either half a salad or half a sandwich (good sized portions) for $ 6.99. This totally beats Righteous Foods and Jamba Juice!

My boyfriend took me here for lunch and warned me I may want to go back here for dinner, not to my «usual.» He was absolutely right! The food, smoothies, service and experience were nothing short of amazing! I had the vegetarian chicken option with both of my meals and excellent says it all. I live out of town, so this is now my new favorite!

Delicious food, wonderful people, and cute, beachy décor. I’m so glad they opened one in Fort Worth, as I’m always in the mood for healthier choices.
They have quinoa bowls, salads, wraps, sandwiches, tacos, and a full menu of smoothies to try out. I’ve frequented several times in the last month (I can’t help but come back!) and have tried a little of everything. There hasn’t been a single item I’ve disliked, but my favorites have been the thai chicken wrap and roasted red pepper and pesto bowl. Everything is prepared from the freshest ingredients, as you can watch them prepare your meal from the bar.
They have a half sandwich and full-​size smoothie deal for $ 7.29, all day. It is a great deal since a full-​size smoothie is $ 3.00 by itself, and I’m usually so full after the entire sandwich that I don’t have room for a smoothie.
Definitely stop by if you’re in the area and looking for a healthy, but filling meal!

Fresh new place on the healthy eating scene. I had the flat bread pesto chicken and it was great. My wife had the mediterranean bowl and it had a curry based sauce which was not overpowering. We split a spinach salad which was full of pecans, cranberries and had a sweet raspberry yogurt dressing. The host was very polite and came to check on us often. We will be back.

Wow… been here twice already since they opened, and let me tell you, this place is great! They have smoothies, sandwiches, wraps, flatbreads, and salads. Both times, I have had the Thai Chicken salad with the Beyond Meat Chicken (which makes the salad vegan). Fabulous! Love having a «fast food» option that is healthy and delicious.
The owners are very hands on and helpful, and the food is delivered promptly.
It is going to be my new favorite «fast food» place! I highly recommend it!

I’m thrilled to have this healthy restaurant in my neighborhood. The smoothies are healthy and delicious. There is a variety of healthful bowls, sandwiches and wraps. They have a vegan substitute for chicken, so it’s very easy to have a vegan meal there. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Don’t let the 3 stars fool you I liked the place and this was just my first time visit.
It’s kinda hard to really rate a place like this since there’s no other place in the hulen area that served this kind of food.
I walked in and asked the manager what they recommended since I’m open for anything. I guess this place caters to the healthy nuts who want fresh made non greasy meals. Not gonna lie but it’s about time a place serves fresh made food in the area.
They sell all kinds of deli sammies and salads and with subway located next to it it’s a clear winner. You choose a meal which includes a sandwich a side of either chips or a fruit and you can go with a soft drink or water or a smoothie.
I went for the rustic turkey & apple club a green apple and I upgraded to the blimey Limey smoothie which I’m so gonna order again that was so yummy.
Food was kinda weird at first because I’ve never had sandwich with meat and apples but what ever it was it was good. It was fresh it had none of that fake stuff you get from other places and I’m ready to go back and try another one.
Only problem I have with the place is the small portions. But I’m a fat man and I like to eat

Have been here twice and both times we were very happy with our choices. The Turkey wrap was tasty, fresh and healthy. I had the Feisty Chicken Flatbread today and it is quite tasty with just a hint of feistiness. The owners are friendly and helpful. My friends had the tacos, they loved them and we will definately be back. Great customer service too.
