Unfortunately as most of us know who actually calculate their BMI it is a false number because it doesn’t actually take into account body fat percentage. Bodybuilders who are solid muscle and have 10% body fat have BMIs that show they are morbid obese! In your free consultation you get to speak to a patient advocate who obviously has no background training in the medical field. She’s not a nurse or even a medical assistant just someone who reads the script. The bottom line is that they told me it was going to be $ 7000 to lose 20 to 40 pounds. That’s insane. The staff was VERY helpful and informative! It will be a while before I can have my surgery because I am self pay but I definitely look forward to the day I’m in the operating room!

What a waste of time and false advertising! Was told over the phone I would qualify for the «True affordability program» they have been advertising only to find out they don’t offer it for my insurance plan. When I explained that is not what their representative told me on the phone I got: «This isn’t the first time that has happened… they think they are experts» Experts or not, I called to see if I qualify was told I did then wasted my time by going in. Thank God for options with other providers.
