Yes the price is okay the problem I have is that they are bimonthly. I didn’t think anything of it until recently. Most companies are quarterly and give you the option to do it soon. When I talked to my family they thought that was weird. Also, during recent months I’ve had an abundance of ants in my bedroom and bathroom.(not kitchen, where most of the food is) I’ve had to call them 4 time total in the last 3 months to come back for the same problem. They also can’t ever come out within the same week. Sometimes I have a schedule conflict so they don’t come for 2 weeks. Also, if they get busy they don’t call to tell you they can’t come. You just find out when they don’t show that whole day. Also the 2nd spray the guy that came left my gait open and my dog got loose. Thank god he ran to my friends house or I would have been looking for a long time. I called the company and the same guy that always answers doesn’t seem apologetic. He kind made it sound like«so what?». He honestly did no customer service at all. They are perfectly fine charging you for missing an appointment but if you do it, you get nothing. Please don’t use this company. Also, I cancelled my account today and the guy said thank you and hung up. Seriously? You don’t even want to attempt to keep a customer? Just hang up on my face? Wow glad I cancelled.

I was referred by a friend therefore I signed up for the 1 year plan. They were coming to spray our house every other month. The customer service was more than terrible. The guy I would talk to on the phone to schedule appointments was very rude. I never interacted with the actual worker but my husband said the worker was nice. The last interaction I had with him was to question a charge on my bank account from them. He had apparently pre-charged me because I was due for an appointment. My year was up by this time therefore I asked him to cancel my service, he said«ok» and just hung up on me.
