20 minutes in the drive thru… 10 minutes before order taken!!! This place is terrible… The crew sucks and management has lost control of this asylum… Avoid at all costs

Goodness I don’t like this. My friends food was cold and BLAH she ordered a cheeseburger and it took 20 minutes for it to actually come!-__– she ordered fries and there was only five… Ok am I being dramatic? Well I like food and so does she! But then she came back and the food was good so it all ended ok yeah!

Fantastic Food! My lunch literally looked like the pictures! Can’t say that for most fast food places. It was hot… Very hot too! Service was especially good because of Victoria. Nice lady who made my day. I only give this place 4-​Stars because it’s an older building. Other than that. Wow!

We asked for BBQ ranch salad NO corn, they put corn on it, we specifically said No corn and they said okay it comes on the side… We again said no corn, they still put corn on it, they remade the salads, and they were good, the manager apologized so they did remedy the situation

It’s Wendy’s.
One time it will be good and the next time not so good. The service is not that great. I’m trying to be polite but I don’t think any of the employees want to be there even a little bit.
On a positive note, I love the Frostys.

I spent over a minute shouting at a speaker because the employee answering the drive-​thru said she couldn’t hear me when I talked in a normal tone of voice. The bigger problem is that she had no idea what the Moonlight Meal Deal (a special they’ve been promoting for quite some had time and had signs up for in the windows of the restaurant.!) was. When I tried to explain what it was, (again, shouting so they could hear me) they got the details wrong and then tried to overcharge me. I told them to forget it, just as I’ll forget about ever eating here again.
