Amazing experience all around! Charles and professional and prompt! I cracked the screen of my new iPhone 6 and he had the part on hand. Once we scheduled an appointment he had my phone fixed within 30 min!
I first tried to used my insurance (Asurion) though my cell phone provider but it was nothing but a headache! After waiting 15 days and being told the phone was on back order I found iCracked. Not only was iCracked cheaper then my insurance deductible but the customer service was spot on. Charles told me if he didn’t have the parts on hand he could have them overnighted at no extra cost to me.
After spending 15 days of hell dealing with my phone insurance I canceled my plan with them and signed up for the iCracked insurance. Asurion deductible is $ 200 vs iCracked $ 25.
