Four Peaks Vista Apartments

After renting in the apartments for a 1 year full contract this is my report.
Pro :
Great staff always there when you need it witch is great.
Cons:
Parking — for the first month I had someone else parking in my spot and kept calling to report it.
Water level noise. I lived second layer — you can here water threw the walls running daily from top to bottom not noise censored. If you are a light sleeper this is deff not a place I would wake up and hear noise
dishwasher– while yes its great the brand was cheap and broke down alot.
I had to clean during my move in and noticed some carpet up lifting. — Privous owners had pets and well I could tell. plus being allergic not fun.
Water tasted VERY VERY chlorinated as bad I had to complain so I had to get filters
Overall view. For Fountain Hills — its a good place however these are just a few things I can let people know so it will save them. If I knew about the water I would probably not lived there.
