Great final product in pavement job, lack of protocol with securing the area.
Explain to your clients the timeframe of pavement and drying process. Place warning cones or tape off the area that was paved. There were no such actions at your clients Queen Creek property on Rittenhouse and Ocotillo, nor reimbursement for the expenses taken to resolve the issue.
In fairness, a call was placed and returned on my behalf of your client, regarding the complaint, which is noted and appreciated. The said company returned my call and offered advice of allowing the sealant from the ground to «wear off the tires as I drove around». This provided a minimal solution. Professional care was sought out for my tires, which resulted from this irresponsibility.
The pavement job appears excellent, however no further stars can be given due to this negligence.
