Best cleaners in south OC. my job requires business casual and ive never had any problems with this place.
Great, upfront prices, phone tracking, and good service.
Ive been to about 12 cleaners throughout OC, ive settled on this one

I trusted this business with my expensive dress shirts, when I picked them up they looked like they were not washed in a manner according to the quality of the shirts. I can’t believe others wrote they travel from faraway places for this business. It is not worth it.

I am a very social person and can get along with anyone, but this woman there? Just rude! In the beginning i thought ok, maybe she has a bad day or is on her period but NO! Anytime I brought clothes and showed her a stain to please take care of she got upset! Also, when my brother showed her stains they didn’t remove properly she was telling him «it’s the fabric and you sweat weirdly» Come on! You are cleaners! Expect clothes to be delivered clean to you?
Customer Service and a Smile wouldn’t hurt you!
And it seems like her co-​workers are afraid of her. her husband is very friendly but super rarely there.
Our family went there for years because of the price, but quality looks different to me. I don’t recommend them and don’t go there anymore.
If you need it to be done quick or have anything on your clothes. You will get a weird look and bad feeling.

We just switched our business to this place. Parking is easy and the place is huge. The owner, Jennifer, was very attentive, they did a great job and the service is surprisingly cheap compared to our former cleaners. We will be regulars here for sure.

Great service! They consistently do a good job. I lived locally when I first started using them. Now, I live out of the area and I still use them. Reasonable prices.

They have such great personal service. They see my car pull up and have my clothes ready by the time I walk in. If I have a little tear in the seam of a shirt, they sew it up, no charge, or if I’m missing a button, they’ll be a new one on without even asking for it. It’s these little things that make this place great and the reason I go a little further out of my way. My clothes are always nice, clean, and pressed. Can’t beat the awesome prices!

There are a few things that will allow me to score a cleaners as a four star establishment. Los Altos meets absolutely all of the specific criteria.
— Friendly staff
— Fair prices
— Competent relative to their stated function of cleaning my clothes
and
— Don’t lose my shit or break the buttons on my suits, sport coats, and dress shirts
Los Altos definitely gets the job done and I’m loyal.
I would give them an extra fifth star if they were perfect, but alas… they are CASH ONLY which is a major bummer and inconvenience.

I have been coming here weekly for over 20 years. I have never had a problem with any of my cleaning or laundry. The owners are always on site and are the nicest people. They used to have additional staff members working the counter who were also very efficient, but it is nice to see an owner take interest in their business. You are always greeted with a smile, and I see this with all the customers. It amazes me how they remember who you are and all the specific details of what you want in dry cleaning!

As the filtered reviewer stated, they accept cash only. They, like every other cleaners I have tried in Orange County, have their issues. But Jennifer always knows my name and has done some good alteration work for me. They are reasonable and quick. I only wish they would point out articles of clothing they had issues with before I get hoome and see the «We had a problem» tag. I don’t think I will every come across a cleaner as good as the one in our Chicago highrise.

These guys are losers.
Took a designer wool sweater to be dried cleaned two years ago, along with blouses and slacks.
They folded it up and hid it within the grouping and I took it all home.
They washed the sweater!!! Washed It! It was so small, so RUINED.
A $ 100 ++ sweater RUINED.

I have used a couple of the other dry cleaner in the area and I would have to say that Los Altos Cleaner never disappoints.
Los Altos Cleaner (LAC) has been in business for 25 years and uses traditional and ECO friendly, high quality dry cleaning techniques to safe guard your clothes. My wardrobe consists of POWER suits during the weekdays and McLOVIN Pimp wear during the weekends. I am very overprotective when it comes to my NICE clothes.
The owner is the nicest person that you could ever meet. She always smiling and happy to see you. She even knows you by your name. She not only understands the differences between fabrics and their different blends and weights. You could tell she is seriously passionate about her work.
LAC does a PHENOMENAL job and it is reasonable price! I finally found a dry cleaner that does thing the Right way.

I am extremely fortunate to live right next door. The price is right and the service is great. Can’t complain :)
FYI: I have been going here since high school (which totals 10+ years!) It’s really a great place, go check it out!

Very nice people and they do a great job with dry cleaning, washing and pressing. They always provide excellent customer service and you can get in and out fast. They even do repairs at a good price. I’ve been going here for years and they’ve always done a great job. Excellent.

Great service! We stopped here on our honeymoon and my wedding dress and husband’s suit were cleaned beautifully here.

Dry cleaning service here is tops. I’ve been coming here for years and have always been satisfied with their work (and even minor fixes upon request, like replacing missing buttons, mending small tears, and stain removal). Prices are better than most other places I’ve been, so that’s a plus. Even though I pass by at least half a dozen other cleaners on my way here, it’s worth it.
What has impressed me most in recent months is their customer service. On several occasions I’ve come in to pick up my stuff while carrying my baby in one arm. The lady actually carried my clothes to my car and hung them up for me as I strapped the tot back into his car seat. I had reached out my free arm to pick up my clothes but she kindly insisted on helping me out. How’s that for service with a smile?

I was referred to this dry cleaners by a co-​worker a long time ago — not too far from my house either. I’ve been going to the same dry cleaners for the last 5 years… they’ve changed management in the past year, but still great service. The employees quickly learn your name and usually know what you have to bring in and what you like. They know I like creases in my trousers! =)

Awesome service, you can walk in and usually not wait in line but while you are there, you get to watch the news or see an orchestra play! Yes they have a flat screen for our enjoyment for the few seconds there. The workers typically get to know who you are and you do not ever have to tell them your phone number… great memory means quicker service. They are quick and get the job done well. I love going on Mondays and seeing all the workers doing their jobs joyfully with their headphones on busily doing their thang. It makes me want to work there, seems so fun! Now can you say that about your dry cleaners shop?
