Rugs Plus

I’ve moved from South to Central OC. The wood floors require aesthetic cover. Attentive and affable Joven introduced me to an grand abundance of milled and hand made weavings befitting abodes from Newport Coast ($ 12-​$ 18k) to Coastal Beach Shacks ($ 390.00-$ 99.00).
Joven even elicited from me that which I was seeking but couldn’t identify (Sisal). Came away with half dozen, dazzling patterns, sizes, fabric content and craftsmen styles globally sourced.
Have returned 3X since fully processing the versatile array of first rate, craftsman carpet construction and a multitude of quality offerings, I can say firsthand that Rugs Plus adeptly service and support the colorblind (me) right up to distinguished interior designers.
Thank you for your civil and most importantly expert, professional assistance Rugs Plus. My only lament is I don’t have more rooms to furnish.
By the bye, all other competitors are playing for second here.

We were in need of a rug and I remember driving by this place on my way to work so we decided to stop by on a Sunday afternoon.
Rugs Plus has good hours and a large selection of rugs. The store is relatively neatly organized with many of the rugs in the front room hung up so it is easy to see. I did really like their selection of patio furniture outside but unfortunately, we didn’t find anything we liked and the service was a disappointment.
Many traditional rugs, but not many modern designs rugs. We found maybe 2 – 3 rugs in the entire store that would’ve worked for our simple modern style home but they were all a bit overpriced. They have a back room that is a «clearance» but it had a stale smell, and it seemed like a rug graveyard. I think I heard some rugs scream «helppppp meeeeee»!
The store itself is okay and worth checking out but the service was overly aggressive and a complete turn off! We had a sales guy with a funky hair cut and weird shaped mustache literally tail us around the store. I was with my husband at first but we parted ways to divide and conquer. We had found one rug we liked and asked for a best price quote from the sales guy. When he returned, he found me but not my husband, and rudely said «where is he?!» as if I was not part of the decision making. Then he stalked around until he found my husband, and even when we asked him to give us some space, and to let us browse, he continued to follow us to the front of the store.
It was totally weird so we rolled out ASAP.
Worth going for a visit if you are in need of a rug and prefer traditional designs, but if you see a weird sales mustache donning sales guy, don’t make eye contact!

These guys are fantastic. Great selection of rugs, great customer service, and what a value. I will do all my rug shopping here from now on!

Pretty basic collection. I came in looking for rugs with bright colors and I unfortunately didn’t find anything.
Most rugs were southwest print or just subdued prints /​colors.

This place is humongous! In fact it’s overwhelming with the rooms and rooms of rugs in this place. It is not organized too well and you will need a lot of time to finally find something that suits you. Having said that, with the millions of rugs in here, I couldn’t find something I liked. Prices seem ok and they give you the impression that you have to buy their sales prices today since tomorrow they will raise it. Don’t like that kind of pressure and I don’t fall for it either. Spends hours and found nothing that sutied me. You may have better luck with me. I’m pretty particular of what goes in my house.

Great service and prices. Just purchased a rug pad for $ 95 which other stores wanted $ 230 for. Very professional and I highly recommend this store.

This place is not at all trust worthy. The owner is very rude and does not have any courtesy towards the customer.
There are like 2 to 3 salesman and the owner which are not trustworthy on the words they say.
Please if anyone buy any rugs (very good collection fora change) from this place make sure you take in writing when the rugs would be deliver and make sure you track with the owner by calling again and again. He is very good in making lame excuses. Please do not buy on his words we had a rug order from him he was rude to us while buying and he has not deliver the rug for the past 1 month and at the time of buying he promise to deliver in a weeks time. He will talk very sweetly but not true to his words

Only ok. Sorry if you like this place but it was kinda old people rugs. And the prices were a LOT for a place going out of business. But if you’re into the Victorian or Traditional style than it just might be the place for you. And then ahem, excuse the age joke.

We have hardwood floors, so rugs are a necessity in our home. The first time we went rug shopping we started at the major retailers only to find ourselves baffled at just how expensive a rug can be. So many choices, so many dollars, what to do, what to do.
I realized there was this rugs place off the 405, so I said «hey, let’s try that place!» In we went to find Rita, a nice lady who helped us find exactly what we wanted within our budget. She doesn’t try to up-​sell you if you say… «hey we can only spend this much.» A year later, we were changing the layout of our house so we needed a new rug. We had tried another wholesaler but didn’t find the specifics we had desired. So off to Rugs + we went. Rita was still there as was the Hispanic fellow. Found our rug for pretty cheap, packed it up and took it outside. Three day return policy!
The funny thing, the Hispanic guy said the same spiel a year later about giving us a good price because he isnt on commissions.
