Starbucks

They don’t seem as willing to do specialty drinks like other locations. Like a warm version of a frappucinno. Not my favorite location due to high traffic.

Seriously one of thee best locations I’ve ever been to. There’s a girl who works there who always wears a big bow in her hair who is amazingly friendly & always makes sure to recognize me when I come in to get my morning iced white mocha! Whatever you’re paying her isn’t enough! Always smiling & she loved my baby kitten that I was bottle feeding after rescuing him!

Easy in and out access since this location doesn’t have a drive-​thru. Inside there is plenty of space as well, so even when it’s busy your not stacked on top of people. My only issue was not with Starbucks, but the patron who brought a DESKTOP COMPUTER… really! No joke this was a 24″ monitor plugged in and sitting on the high top table. WTF, it’s Starbucks not the public library.

What makes a SB stands out from another SB is service. This location the service is mixed. I often get a dark coffee pour over. At each visit, I never know what price I would be charge as sometimes I am being charged a regular brew, and sometimes it is higher. Sometimes they offer a pour over if I don’t want Pike, and other times they only would do that if I insisted. Sometimes they allow me a refill, and other times they said no refill for pour over.
What ever price they charge for the same item, stick to it, and be consistent with their policy.

This is my favorite Starbucks location. It’s close to my house and has easy access to the 405 freeway.
I think because it’s next door to a corporate office, this place also serves as a training location, because I notice a new face every now and then, but there is also a consistent regular staff here as well.
The drinks are consistently done and the staff are always friendly and smiling. The food options are always well-​stocked, and they even have a Clover machine here, which is cool.
Free wifi provided by Google, which means its super fast — even when the place is bustling, unlike with the AT&T wifi that used to power Starbucks cafes a few years ago.
I like this location especially because there is ample seating and chairs. If anyone remembered what this place looked like before — a few years ago — it had a steel/​metallic type of décor and wasn’t very inviting. Total difference now. There is even a community-​bar style table with ample power outlets and this location also has the wireless charging pods for your phone/​tablet.
What’s great about this location is despite being located in a busy Costco shopping center, it’s also in a business park area — so the majority of the customers are business-​type people, quiet and keep to themselves. I have nothing against kids, or moms who think they own the place with their kids in over-​sized monster strollers — but when I go to Starbucks to study or do some work — I don’t mind hearing the coffee machines working or people chatting — but I DO mind when your idiot kid starts yelling and you clearly do nothing about it. That stuff happens at other Starbucks, but thankfully, not at this location.
Due to its business park location, this Starbucks does close early — 7:30pm on the weekends, and 9pm on the weekdays, but there’s a couple of locations within a few miles that are open a bit later if you need your fix.

This is the best Starbucks I love the baristas and coffee bar dudes I’m assuming that this is because they’re next to the local corporate office but I always have a good experience when I come here to get coffee

Third day in a row mobile order always mess up clover coffee. what is the point of this mobile ordering when it’s clearly on the print out and you still cant get this shit right. I guess I’ll try the other Starbucks. Oh wait, yeah they screw it up there aswell.

I really like this Starbucks because even though it’s crowded, if you make an order at the counter, the time to wait always seems proportional to the amount of people. Mobile ordering is even better! I ordered a slightly complicated drink maybe 5 minutes before I got there and it was ready right as I walked in, no wait and no line! Fantastic !

This Starbucks is located in the Costco shopping center off Newhope. This is my go to Starbucks and closest one to me. I usually stop by to get my coffee before heading to Costco.
As busy as this location may get, the employees are always super friendly and nice. They get all the orders correct and if they ever miss something, they are prompt of fixing it.
Customer service is great and quality is always good. This location is also very clean and inviting which I find a huge plus.

The people here are so freaking nice. I walk in with a greeting. The guy working the counter drops what he’s doing and takes my order right away. The Coffee Master starts making my drink right away and has it done quickly and correctly.
The place was nice to sit in for the hour I was there. People aren’t super loud, the music level is perfect and they have plants of places to plug in your computer. They also have this wireless. Hanging thing going on too.
Overall I will come back for this stores great attitude.

Absolute nicest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. I’m only here because I have job training nearby but this is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I live 13 miles away and would make the drive out here to this particular Starbucks. The staff is so friendly and welcoming & was greeting practically all the customers by name or asking new ones (like me) how my day was etc. They even came out and offered people sitting Inside some samples of banana bread or pumpkin bread. Seriously most friendly staff I’ve ever experienced at Starbucks. Someone give them a raise (:

One of the better Starbucks I’ve come to. The Manager provides great customer service and the 4 Caramel Frappes that I odered was perfectly blended and perfectly tasted. Some Starbucks either make them too sweet or too plain. Unlike some Starbucks, it was also very organized based on my perception. From the Customer line to the Store atmosphere. Most importantly, even the restroom was clean. I think this Store manager does a great job holding the ship together. This is the 1^st time I came to this Starbucks and it just became my favorite one to come to going forward.

Great customer service! !! My office normally places very large orders through the phone app and then pick it up from the New hope location. Today we were having problems with the app so we called and they were able to progress our request via phone. This level of customer service keeps us coming back.

When I feel like having coffee I sometimes come here then my drinks may taste good or not so good. I prefer my frappes sweet then it tasted bitter a few times then I was still able to drink it. I would think a busier location the coffee will taste a lot better then it isn’t so. I think if they worked on taking their time to prepare the drinks it would be a lot better. It’s in a good location next to some restaurants and Costco so its not like the service will be slow when they’re usually very busy when I go during the lunch hour on a weekday you have to wait in line and for your drinks too.

This is, by far, my favorite Starbucks within a 10 mile radius. All the baristas know what they’re doing and I absolutely LOVE the Clover.
Sometimes Baristas have bad days and that applies to most of the cruel or whiney posts below. You can’t expect them to have everything together after 6 hour rushes of nonstop lines out the door, running out of products, rude customers, and very few grateful customers.
Remember, by the time you get to the counter… there have been countless customers before you. Be kind, courteous and most of all… Thank your Barista!

Stay away from this Starbucks. They charge you for half and half in the amount of $.60. Starbucks policy is if it is under a quarter once of steam half and half or milk it’s FREE. I brought it to the Managers attention Christian and he states it costs him labor time to steam half and half and that’s why they charge. I explained to him Starbucks policy he looked at me stupidly and walked away.
UPDATE! I spoke with the District Manager, Blake and she is just as not customer oriented. The apology that I got from Christian the store manager was not sincere it was more of a I have to do this. Once he apologized he just walked away. When I pointed this out to the District Manager, Blake she flat out told me that she’s there ain’t she. Then she threatened me to let me know that she will update my case file as Starbucks is unable to satisfy the customer. She even told me that she gave me a free coffee and a panini. I told her that it’s not about the money it’s about customer service. She again stated that Starbucks is unable to satisfy the customer.

I will give them 2 stars for the effort of being helped after my complaint I made.

This location is found in the same plaza as Costco and there isn’t anything that really stands out at this location. It has been remodeled a year or so ago and the vibe is nice but they tend to slip up on my drinks often. I come out to this location cause of convenience and I used to study here too but those days have passed and now it feels a bit lacking. Maybe they would get my order right more often if they weren’t chatting and laughing too much. Overall you’ll find this Starbucks as average compared to the rest.

The location has the clover coffee system. THis is where the coffee is brewed at a higher temperature designed for maximum flavor. And it works. Coffee isn’t bitter and actually gets very complex in its taste.
Recommend clover system if you like regular coffee.

This is the Starbucks by Costco and not to be confused with the one by Mile Square Park.
Whether you’re getting Clover, a Franken-​Frappé, or Pikes Place… this is a good SBux to go to. My buddy John is a chill barista. Tell him «Hellooooo!» next time you’re there. I have always had excellent service from all the Starbucks employees here.
I tried the Clover… it was decent. I liked the flavor. Moreover I was entertained by the Clover machine. That was cool. Thanks for the show! Franken Frappucino was really good. It was really sweet and probably should have replaced my dinner because of the amount of calories. Unfortunately, I still ate a big dinner. So, being sensible in terms of dietary intake is tough, as you can see.
I also love that it is close to home and not nearly as crowded as every other Starbucks in Orange County. Lastly, I gotta give em 5 star status because they hook me up with the pastries! Danka! Keep rocking the free world, FV Starbucks!
