Dunkin’ Donuts

I have tried several times to stop in before dinner to pick up donuts, but they are always out of the donuts we like. What good is a donut shop with no donuts? I will not return… we wound up going down the road to the DD on 192. They have everything.

The other reviews mentioned incorrect charges. I was also charged more than the board said for an iced coffee. It’s strange considering the board is a television and you would think it would be easy to update. It is disappointing that reviews half of a year ago mentioned this and it is still an issue.
No problems with service, drinks or donuts.
This location is small. There are only 5 tables and a bar with 4 chairs.
If you visit Dunkin frequently, be sure to save the receipts and take the surveys for a free donut next visit.

This location has definitely improved over the past year. When this location opened there was a lot of problems and kinks to be fixed. With the right management everything seemed to fall into place now. It’s a small location and can tend have somewhat of a wait. The staff is very friendly.
Seems to have more of a drive through crowd at this location. It’s a bit congested in peak times like the morning. Because the way the small plaza is built. Coffee is great! Ice tea is up to par. And donuts are equal to any other DD you have been too. I liked it much better when they offered the happy hour prices in any size iced coffee and iced teas.

I’m gonna have to agree with Daniela, this is not a very good Dunkin Donuts. Today I went in and saw at least 7 employees working. I ordered a number 5 which is a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with hash browns and an orange juice. They charged me $ 1.99 for the oj and the sign said $ 1.79 which is no big deal, I didn’t mention it but after about 15 minutes of waiting I finally had to ask for a refund because I still hadn’t got my food. When I handed them my receipt and said let me just have a refund, I didn’t feel like waiting any longer. They looked at my receipt like it was written in a foreign language and then frantically started bumping in to each other in an attempt to quickly make my food. I have a rule though, if I have to ask for a refund, I never accept the food afterward because I don’t know if there is a little something extra that I wouldn’t want in my food if you catch my drift. from the employees since I had to embarrass them by asking for a refund in front of other customers. Better safe than sorry.

This is the worst Dunkin donuts I’ve been to ever. And I’m not even from here. Every EVERY SINGLE order was taken wrong. Not one was made correct to order and had to go to the cash register numerous times to fix it. Also got charged incorrectly too. Also the place where straws, cup wrapper, napkins, spoons or forks were available. Avoid this if you are in a hurry or any other time. If I could, I wouldn’t leave a star.
