It’s too bad there’s not a zero star option. To clarify, my review is based on the unprofessional woman I dealt with when calling this company to offer them my business. I literally called them three times wanting to hire them for an upcoming move and never got a call back. The woman was the least helpful person I’ve dealt with at any company … Seriously. I wish I could review them on my move, but had to move on to the other companies that actually wanted my business.

I am giving 5 stars for the movers. They were excellent. Professional, courteous and just amazing in how well they took care of my belongings and kept them safe. I was highly impressed with the moving crew. Even warehouse manager was excellent when picking up boxes and helpful tips for not making boxes to heavy.
The rest of my of my experience was just ok. They were quick to give me a quote but all other communication was slow. Took 3 – 4 days to get responses from them. Which made me very nervous when also dealing with buying and selling a house. The owner is lucky his movers are so good or I am not sure I would recommend them.

There are two types of moves:
1) Items and property get damaged
2) No items or property is damaged
Based off my rating, you know which type of move I experienced. The crew was very professional and took the time to protect my new floors. They even protected the door jambs at the slum palace I was moving out of.
Recommend these guys to anyone in Boston!

An update. As it turns out, we moved again a year later (unexpectedly). Once again we got PRS to do the job, and once again they came through. Fast, thorough, professional, courteous, and not a single item damaged. You could pay twice as much and get half the service elsewhere. We don’t expect to be moving again for a while, but I’d never use any other movers. Highest recommendation!

I have a move coming up this weekend and so far have been extremely impressed with PRS. Colin came to our place at 7:30 on a weeknight to give us a quote. He gave us a lot of information that I was valuable regardless of whether or not we chose his company. We have had boxes already delivered (free of charge).
I fully anticipate the move out of state going very smoothly. I will update once the move is complete.
UPDATE
Our move went very smoothly. The guys were great, packed the storage unit very full as I had underestimated how much room we needed. They even were able to find a bike wheel that had gotten misplaced in some packaging and mailed it back to us at no cost. I would highly recommend this company.

Great services and much cheaper than Gentle Giants. If you are moving overseas or even within US, need to store you belongings, furniture, car — this is the company to use.
