I’m writing this review on my free will because PBK has changed our daughter. A year ago, I was fully planning on holding my ‘late July’ daughter back a year. Fast forward a few months when we enrolled her in beginners Karate at PBK. A once shy (she wouldn’t even look instructor in the eye) 4 year old who lacked average gross motor skills showed improvement in just three week. This program WORKS for shy, introverted, socially-​challenged kids. Worth every single penny. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

My boys have been coming to PBK for over 5 years and the benefits get more obvious every day. They’ve learned confidence, self control, discipline and the value of hard work. They even notice how it helps them in other sports, like baseball and football. In addition to the general health and fitness benefits, the instructors make it even better. They make it a point to not only know the kids, but to know ABOUT the kids. I cannot recommend PBK enough!
