Worst kfc there is period. The man didn’t even understand my order and I got sick eating the meal. I strongly recommend another kfc as this was the worst experience ever

You don’t come to a combo KFC/Taco Bell expecting the French Laundry, but this place is always understaffed and slow, and the condiment/drink area is always filthy. The food(eventually) comes out OK, so I come here anyway because sometimes you just need a taco or KFC fix, ya know?

Just went to order and had to wait a few minutes and the guy gave me an extra side for waiting! Super nice, I didn’t even say thank you because I didn’t hear him so I feel like a jerk but good customer service :)

I was here 15 minutes before closing time and behold your eyes, it is already closed. I tried to knock and I know that old man heard me and he ignored me? Didn’t have the courtesy to come up to me and talk to me? Piss. Poor. Service.

We usually order KFC from this location about 1 to 2 times a month and this place has always been pretty consistent regarding services and tastes. So today, we crave for some fried chicken and wings, and decided to get some KFC. Got there and ordered a bucket and 20 wings, and I was told I have to wait about 9 mins for wings. I paused for a second, thinking my family love wings from KFC, and I told her, «What the heck, I’ll wait for it». So she took my card and swipe. To my surprise, she gave me my receipt and a Free Cup for Soda and told me «This is for you for free since we are sorry that you had to wait for the wings.» I never thought that was necessary but it made me a very happy customer. I mean this type of customer service is what many resturant is lacking today. I definitely will be back just for this reason alone. This type of customer service definitely bring customers back.

Wow some bad and old reviews… I like there Cantina bowls. They are filling and yummy. The veggies are fresh and crisp, the rice and beans are cooked well, not dry or crunchy. I also got a bean burrito which was okay nothing special but hit the spot. Got the kids soft tacos and some chicken and they were thrilled. The place is always clean and the people are fast and nice. It is always busy when I go but the line moves along well. The orders are filled correct and fast and the people are always friendly, nice without attitude and helpful.

I’ve been here a few times… and have never been disappointed. This isn’t so much about the food, which is KFC/Taco Bell so it’s pretty standard in that aspect. This is about the service. Every single time I’ve been in, the person who takes my order is smiling, efficient, helpful and just down right awesome. I had a gigantic obnoxious(or so I thought) order for work today. This guy at the register was on his game. Perfectly taken and quickly made. I love you, register guy.

Awesome. They smiled, made me some insanely good life-affirming burritos and had a pleasant setting to enjoy it in. Some people give Taco Bell a bad rap, but hey, if you are looking for a damn good burrito, or several burritos, give this Taco Bell a try.

I ordered a T11 which comes with a drink. when o we g to get my drink i sign says No ice but the Dr. Pepper looks and tastes like water. When I tell the cashier she says sorry but the ice machine no work. Does not even offer me my money back or something else instead. It would also be a good idea to inform the customer about the soda machine issue before you purchase a drink rather than not even mentioning it. Another failure of customer service.

Value = poor Quality = poor Cleanliness = poor Quality of service = poor Friendliness of staff = ok. KFC now days is just a ripoff. This location does not survive on repeat customers. Be warned. I was hungry and made the mistake of going here. Never again. 1−18−14 Unbeknownst to me my friend got take out from there. He complained about the quality of food when he got home and started to plate the food. I would have warned him if i had known. The chicken was missing pieces of of them. The biscuits were hard and old. We threw them out a few hours later. How does KFC corporate let that place stay open… it’s a disgrace.

Went on a Saturday night around 10:30p. Have never waited longer(15 min?) for a Taco Bell order in my life. It would have gotten a higher rating but the tacos and burritos were far wimpier than the fare served at my home Taco Bell and others I have visited.

I love the flavor of KFC been trying to clone it for years. WHY because the SERVICE and MANAGEMENT is about the worst in the industry. I Love a KFC breast but I rarely go because it takes forever, cold half the time by my 2-mile ride home.(, and ALWAYS check the bag before leaving, Just got back 10PM and breading seems like been sitting for hours it tastes like. Late nite, cook smaller batches DUH Taste Great, 0-Service Except once in 10-ish years, the cashier was so great and knowledgable, I gave him my ## to call for a job. Guess you can hire one good one from time to time.(He is not there anymore)

You know why KFC provides a bucket with your chicken? So you have something to vomit in after. KFC is disgusting, and I wish it wasn’t connected to the great and wonderous Taco Bell… Taco Bell is awesome. I love me some chalupas and quesadillas and crunchwrap supremes. I have been meaning to try the cheesy potato burrito and someday will. Yeah the line can get long but those people are usually fast. I don’t blame them if they’re slow cause I’d probably be eating the food as I was making it too. Which is what I assume they are doing if it is taking longer than usual.

This place is pretty awful. Long lines, inefficient service, inept staff, and cold food. Last time I went there I vowed not to go back, but forgot and went last night. I won’t forget again.

We order take out from here once in a while and I’m not really sure why. he restaurant is usually a mess, though I’m not sure if it’s because they don’t clean it, or the fact that it’s usually busy. To top it off, if we place a large order, we can count on a screw up that requires a return trip.

When it comes to a known chain like this, I’m not really rating it based on how the establishment compares to your vast array of other food choices, instead I’m comparing it to other Taco Bells/KFC. And, this is a terrible Taco Bell/KFC. First, there’s no drive thru. Fine there’s not much they can do about that now, but it does make things less convenient. But there is always and I mean always a line inside. On average it will take you 7 – 12 minutes to get your food. I don’t consider that fast food by any measure. And the staff is definitely unpleasant. They make you feel like they don’t want to be there and you as a customer are a nuisance that they have to put up with. And, finally it’s annoying they keep the sauces(for Taco Bell) behind the cashier and you are expected to ask for the sauce when you order. If you ask for the sauces at the pickup line they usually get annoyed at you and tell you to go ask the cashier.

Even on the grand scale of fast food awfulness, this place still manages to stand out. I go here out of necessity, and it is rarely enjoyable. They manage to go through orders at an incredibly slow pace, even when it isn’t crowded(which is rare). Food orders are often wrong, and shortages of essentials like fried chicken are common.

This has to be one of the worst run /managed operation for a KFC. I was there about 3 weeks ago at 6:30pm and had ordered a bucket with 12 pieces of chicken. I was told they were out of chicken and the wait would be 10 – 15 minutes for a new batch to be ready. I informed the counterperson that I wouldn’t mind mixing and matching to get the needed 12 pieces. But I was told, the order is too large and I am better off waiting for the 12 pieces. Not having much of a choice, my kids really wanted fried chicken and popcorn chicken that night, I grudgingly agreed. While standing there, waiting for my order to be cooked, they managed to serve 6 other customers. And what did they order — you ask, fried chicken, that’s right, fried chicken that the counter person said they didn’t have. one person bought a 3 piece dinner meal, another bought an 8 piece, another bought a 2 piece meal, another bought a 3 piece meal and another bought a 3 piece meal. Wait a minute, that added up to? wait for it… 19 pieces of fried chicken. yet, somehow the same 19 pieces of chicken cannot fulfill my order of 12. hmmm? and the wait was actually closer to 30 minutes. I also witnessed one of the employee picked up taco stuffing he dropped on the counter and then placed back into the taco. I gave him a look and that’s when he realized he was busted and proceeded to throw that taco into the trash. Don’t think he would have throw it out if I didn’t give him the look. The only saving grace for this experience was that I took home some freshly cooked chicken. Don’t think I will be returning to this place any time soon. Too bad, it’s the only fried chicken place left after the KFC on Walnut in Newton closed. Quick, someone bring a Popeye’s franchise to the area.

To get my Taco Bell fix in the Framingham/Natick area, this location is the place and the line inside here is obviously long. No drive-thru. It’s a co-branding of Taco Bell and KFC food items here. The entire KFC menu is offered here, but the Taco Bell menu is basic with the popular items such as the value menu, chalupas, gorditas, and TV advertised items. No Fiesta Taco Salads(with the fried tortilla shell bowl) on the menu here :-(Free refills on self serve Pepsi fountain drinks near the counter. Positive Note: Popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes, and 99 cent cheesy bean & rice burritos all on the same menu. Negative: The dining room can get nasty and not cleaned often. I get my food to go most of the time. Parking can get crowded since it’s in a small neighborhood strip plaza.
