This place is a hidden gem! The owner provided excellent customer service and there was a great selection of shoes. I’ve been really happy with the two pairs of shoes that were suggested to me. I’ve only been once, but I’m definitely going back. The tricky part is finding the store. It’s set back from rt 9 nine East near the AT&T store, but there is no sign. The store is a small red house and you go around the back to the garden level. Strange, but completely worth the trip if you have a Hard-to-Size foot!

Amazing! I can sum up my experience in one word. I cannot remember the last time I’ve worn shoes that fit like a glove. I also can’t remember the last time a shoe salesmen put the shoes on me, measured me etc. outstanding customer service, great variety of quality shoes. A real gem. I am sold, count me in as a new loyal customer

I had a last minute need for a pair of dress shoes in a hard to find size. My co-worker recommended the Forgotten Foot, although she had never been there herself. I had a great experience and easily found what I needed. While the shoes were not overpriced, they were not discount store prices, either. The salesperson(also owner) was very knowledgeable and helpful but did not try to force a sale. It is the perfect place if you have a hard to find shoe size! This store is kind of a hidden jewel. The next time I need a nice pair of shoes, I will definitely come here first.

I have been a customer for 4 – 5 years. Its a funky little store with lots of shoes for my wide feet. The best selection I have ever seen for hard to fit feet. The brands range from moderate to expensive Munro. The owner tries to get the most fashionable shoes for hard to find sizes. He is very acommodating and will order shoes if he doesen’t have them. Go during the week or on Sunday when its not busy.

This is a shoe store for«hard-to-find» sizes. Women’s shoes only. I know this is a real business because they advertise in the Boston Sunday Globe Magazine each and every week. They are in the basement of a single family house. I was here today, the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend. I didn’t buy anything because there only seemed to be one salesperson and there seemed to be 3 people ahead of me. I’m just not that patient. They had a good selection of all the sturdy American brands. Cons– All the shoes are displayed in tiny sizes and they don’t seem to have price stickers on the display shoes. Located at the end of a strip mall that goes straight back from the street. It’s easy to pass– Rte 9, go past Wal-Mart on the right, turn right at the orange AT&T sign and you will be in the strip mall parking lot, drive to the end and you will see signs for The Forgotten Foot.
