Linney’s Pizza

I needed to find a pizza place in Frankfort that would take reservations, could sit 12 people at one table and served beer. Linney’s pizza was the only place. No one in our party had tried it before, and the reviews on Unilocal were not favorable. But, it fit our needs, and we figured why not?
I am glad we gave it a chance. They had the table ready for us when we got there, we ordered 4 extra large pizzas (all of which were ready in 10 minutes time) and had plenty of beer. The pizzas were not fantastic, but they were not horrible either. Thin crust, right amount of sauce and toppings. All of us had more than enough to eat and took a box home too. The pizza did not have any grease on it at all. Which was surprising and comforting.
There were plenty of tables to sit at for lunch or dinner. There were tvs at every angle to watch from and the service was prompt. Everything was clean and decent. I would go back there again if I am hung-​over, but it will not be my first pick for pizza in Frankfort.

This place is listed in Unilocal under two addresses. Neither has good reviews. But when a friend & I were tossing around places to eat after work in Frankfort, I said, «Let’s go somewhere I’ve never been.» Bad call.
I ordered the chicken tender basket, figuring that’d be safe & I haven’t had chicken tenders in so long I can’t even remember the last time. They don’t bring you your food when it’s ready; they call out your number. Well, my number was never called. I saw that a plate had been sitting on the counter and asked my friend if he thought it may be mine. He went to check and sure enough, it was. The dining area is small. The person at the counter could see me. So even if she did call my number — and I swear she didn’t — she could have waved at me or tried to get my attention.
And that chicken finger basket? Not good. At all. I paid almost $ 10 and would’ve been happier with Dairy Queen. Much happier. At least DQ has Blizzards.
Bottom line: there’s a sign over the counter that says, «If you want home cooking, eat at home.» And I wish I had done just that.

I’ve eaten here a few times I like the Chicken Bacon Salad. My family likes what they have eaten.

Would not give it any stars! Pizza taste like frozen store bought, hamburger tasted old on it. Customer service is not a positive here and workers hang out at counter watching guests eat. Not a pleasant experience.

Only because 0 stars isn’t an option… Taste like can sauce and frozen pizza. Not fresh, when we asked about the types of pizza we he pointed to a menu and told us to read it… Won’t be back
