Enjoyed my food very much and it was especially fast being made, though I was here at an odd time. 3 stars because staff seemed overly lax with personal conversations interfering with helping customers/orders. The lemons for water were also about 50 minutes past when they should be consumed(had a label saying to not consume them after a certain time). My Mediterranean Veggie sandwich was just as great and fresh as always.

Located next to the Holiday Inn Express & Long Horn Restaurant, this Panera is conveniently situated less than a mile from the highway exit. The interior is tastefully decorated and the various sitting areas are clean and relatively free of debris. The free WiFi is available but painfully slow. I did a speed test and it only had a download speed of 0.5 Mbps !!! The food service however was prompt and pleasant. My Autumn squash soup and Ancient grains salad was beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. The ice tea was also fresh. Even though it was not a busy time when I went, the pastry section was a bit sparse. Several items were sold out and I got the very last short bread cookie. The manager on duty was very friendly and helpful as he personally answered a question I had regarding a particular item. Overall a fine dinning experience with a slight negative mark for the dismal WiFi service.

I always love going to panera bread. it seems like whenever I go to the one in frankfort they are mostly out of a lot of product. so then I have to get something else which I didn’t end up liking and pretty much had to toss 15 $ in the trash…

I am usually very happy with Panera, no matter where I go I know I can always count on it to be satisfying. This location, however is hit and miss. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it is really bad. Yesterday, I got a salad for my lunch through the drive thru. The chicken was spoiled and they didn’t give me the size I paid for. Not that I could have eaten it all anyway due to its quality. I did get a blueberry muffin as well and it was delicious. I really want Panera to be my go to, but after the pat few trips, I think I will wait a while before I return.

NEVER go through the drive thru they never have gotten our order correctly. When we go inside it is like a 100% better experience. Girl working the counter named Karen was top notch. Rest of staff we had contact with was marginal. Very slow service except for Karen.

We stopped for lunch, ordered and paid for salads and iced coffee. Then discovered they had no iced coffee. So the manager made us the 3 iced coffees we had ordered and not by pouring hot coffee over ice which makes dilute, watery grey coffee. It took a few minutes and he apologized profusely, delivered the beverages to our table himself and reimbursed us for the coffees. He then came by our table with clean to go cups so we could have refills for the road. At that time he even cleared our table while again offering his apology for the original lack of product. This is customer service above and beyond; something some table service restaurants could learn from. We were impressed and gratified. Just wish we’d gotten the fellow’s name to write the company. And the lunch salads were very good, just to add to the accolades.

I have never been here before. I got a gift card and decided to get some bagels for myself and people I work with for lunch. NEVER have I experienced such extraordinary customer service. There was an issue with their system where my gift card wasn’t working and the managers were incredibly wonderful and helpful. And their bagels were absolutely delicious and the menu selection is impressive. I never went to Panera before, maybe once a couple years for their cheesy broccoli soup. But as of now I’m going to go atleast once monthly for their Tuesday bagel deal and to on occasion try some of their sandwiches.

After ordering lunch 10+ times here over the last year, I can confidently say that my order has been messed up, in some way, at least 50% of the time. Food is fine, when they actually check to make sure they’re giving you what you ordered.

This is apparently a newly opened Panera, as it is a newer strip mall, and my rating is more based on appearance rather than the food itself. The food was great, as it usually is at any Panera. The problem is with the cleanliness. It is TERRIBLE!!! For a newer store one would expect it to be immaculate, but it is far from that. I am visiting Frankfort, KY and so was in here yesterday for late lunch early dinner and the dishes at ALL receptacles were overflowing, no one had picked them up and this was between busy times. The floor was dirty; no one had vacuumed it or swept up from the lunch crowd, and table /chairs were dirty. Today I am here again(hoping for better) after the lunch rush and it is still the same. This doesn’t bode well for those who like a cleaner tidier place to dine. Hopefully management will work out these issues quickly as Panera is one of the best chain soup and sandwich shops around!

Props to Panera for having free wifi and plenty of places to plug in your laptop, cell phone, or whatever else is flashing at you and telling you it needs electricity. I’m not a big fan of chains, but the food is good, and they are well-equipped to be your office away from the office. That said, not quite up to my standards of cleanliness on my last visit. The food prep area appeared immaculate, but quite a few tables needed to be wiped down and the restroom needed attention. Since I was there well past the lunch rush and into the afternoon lull, it seems like there should have been time to spruce the joint up.
