I have worked with two doctors from APM out of the Fox Point Office, Dr. Nosir and Dr. More-O’Ferral. They are outstanding doctors and have helped me cope with two separate issues. One, I have to have a knee replacement soon. Dr. Nosir has helped me to stave that off with RF Oblation. It’s been a God send. He is professional and I recommend him to anyone whole heartedly. Two, I was hit by a car which caused major pain in my neck and shoulder. After trying PT two separate times I was referred to Dr. More-O’Ferral. I saw him to see if he could help in anyway. After RF Oblation, the pain was reduced over 80% and I could once again focus on work and my life rather than focus on the pain. I know chronic pain too. I’ve had two back surgeries at L4L5 and have had an artificial disc implanted, which was an incredibly bad decision. I’ve been see another set of doctors for this issue that have helped me immensely. I am now looking towards APM to see if they can take me the next step in my pain journey. I’m hoping that after nearly 15 years of back pain, using opioids, ice, and sheer grin and bear it that they have another solution for me. Never in my life did I think my body would be giving me so many pain issues, never. But I feel that with APM and Doctors Nosir and More-O’Ferral on my side, I have a fighting chance to win my on going battle with my pain issues.

If I could give them no stars I would. This place is HORRIBLE!!! They treat you like you are some kind of criminal because you are in pain and need procedures and pain medications. If you don’t do what they say then they threaten to cut your medications. They switch doctors more than any other place I have ever seen. The staff is VERY rude!!! I have never been treated so poorly in my life. In all of the time I have been a patient there I have never been off on my pill count once or had a dirty UA but they still treat you like a criminal. When I went there to pick up some papers to switch to a different place the PA came out and talked to me about personal stuff right in front of a waiting room full of people!!! What is wrong with these people??? STAYFARAWAY!!!

**ETA: To the two people who have marked this review as «funny,» you obviously have NOCLUE what it’s like to suffer from chronic pain and be chided by your own doctors. You should be ashamed of yourselves!** I had my first appointment with Dr. Luciana Berceanu this afternoon. My primary care physician referred me to Dr. B months and months ago, and I was excited to go. Some pertinent background information: I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia five years ago, and have had the diagnosis confirmed by at least a dozen different doctors, and treated by five or six. I was referred to Dr. B to treat both my fibro and my arthritis. After waiting to see the doc for over one hour(while her nursing assistant sat on the phone and gossiped for almost the entire time), Dr. B finally came into the exam room and was hands down one of the least friendlist medical professionals I have ever met. She didn’t smile, she didn’t shake my hand. She then started reviewing my medical history and was reading it almost like she was doubting me. She thought it was«suspicious» that I was from Louisiana, came up to Wisconsin with no medical records(who carries around hard copies of their medical records?) and came to see a pain specialist to try to get narcotics. Wrong, wrong, and wrong. Roughly five minutes into the appointment, she suggested that I seek psychiatric help to treat my fibromyalgia pain — the one thing you DONOT say to a patient with this very real, very painful disorder. I burst into tears, got up and told her I was just going to leave because she was berating me. I think that’s when she realized I was in very severe pain and proceeded with the exam as usual, however, even though she did end up prescribing me a promising regimen, she started our relationship off on the wrong foot and she has lost pretty much all of my trust as a patient. Doctors are not paid to bring you to tears, they are paid to make you feel better — Dr. Berceanu must have missed that semester in med school.
