Can I give this store –500 stars? The cashier on duty (9÷4÷15 afternoon) had the worst attitude with customers while I was waiting in line and when it was my turn to return my unused, tag attached, receipt accompanied item, she flipped out, threw my cc and license at me and refused to return my item… then told me to leave. She tapped her finger on the return policy and said she has the right to refuse any returns, then she called mall security. Yes, you read right. I was apparently a threat and she needed backup. Mall cop was really nice and I obviously did not want to escalate it to actual cops… I just wanted to do my return! Anyways, when I was leaving, the cashier had a smirk on her face and said «have a great day!»
She was actually the manager, how did I know? I asked to speak to the manager during her meltdown and she said «I AM the manager!» I also asked for her name and she said «I’m not going to give it to you, but you can go online and complain.» So here I am.
I’m not going to type out the details of the exchange as it’s so unreal. I did add fuel to the fire, but only as a response to her nasty attitude and demeanor. Her drawn on black eyebrows was a clear indication of her dark soul…
I have worked in retail and can say I never did act that way. In fact, I think most of us would not act that way in the work place or in life, regardless of the obstacles dealt.
During her meltdown, I was trying to get ahold of corporate and after approximately an hour, they contacted the store to return my item. The other younger male manager on duty did it and wasn’t much nicer (not nasty) but did slyly say «see? So easy!» at the end of my transaction. See how quickly customer service declined at the store due to her example?
Suffice to say, I would be mortified if that
kind of people represented my brand. I was truly embarrassed and baffled by the experience. Working on getting corporate resolution to this absurd situation.

This is a large location. Pleasant, cheerful, and friendly employees. At a glance, it looks like this location has an equal amount of men’s and women’s clothing.
The store is located on the lower level on the food court end of the mall.
