Purchased a treadmill from them several years ago to the tune of $ 2800 and had it delivered. Worked for several weeks then started getting an error code and would work only sporadically. Called them and the guy they sent looked at it for several minutes, turned it off and on and pronounced it fixed. Next day same problem. Called them back and they said they would need to charge me (I think it was $ 100 or $ 150) for a service call since they were just out and fixed it. This despite it having a 1 year warranty. Umm no, you never fixed it. So my $ 2800 treadmill was sitting around as a worthless piece of junk until I fixed it myself recently — no thanks to Baker Pool & Fitness which refused to honor the warranty.
