Our refrigerator was not working, but the freezer was. A few places were willing to come out and see what was wrong but when we called Burow Appliance Service, the owner told us that it was probably something we could fix ourselves. He explained the few simple steps needed (fully defrost, check all drains, etc) and went on to say that if it did not work, he’d be out the next day. We tried his suggestions and it fixed the problem. I will definitely call him and no one else for all future problems with appliances!

Burow Appliance Service comes quickly and usually has what he needs to fix the problem. He is also honest about what work is worth doing and gives rough estimates up front. He is also a really nice guy. My appliances like him. :-)
