Soooo yummmyyyy just wanted to add a picture. I just went there right when they opened at 11 so it’s pretty fresh. Just have to say they did a wonderful job!!! Toasted the buns nicely and patties aren’t super greasy and not smushed down :) love it!

It’s great having a Five Guys so close to me! If you crave a good burger this is the place to go! All burgers are made fresh and you get to pick whatever toppings(from their list) that you want. You can also opt for your burger to be «bunless» or have«lettuce buns» for low carb-ers :) Keep in mind that a regular burger has two patties and a «little burger» has just the one. I love their cajun fries! Just know the proper way to eat these is to just rip open the bag that they are in and eat directly from the bag. Oh and you can order online! Which is amazing since I can place my order, leave my house and by the time I get there my order is ready(except for the fries which they finish as soon as you tell them you’re there to pick up so they don’t get soggy)

First 5 Guys I tried and they are the best one in the area, quality burgers and fries. I also like the fancy soda machine! I always get the«littles» bc 2 patties is too much for me. We’ll be back!

Happy to have five guys in Franklin. When you’re craving a burger this is definitely the spot you should go to. All the burgers are made fresh to order and you can have as many toppings as you’d like. I like to have jalapeños on my burger and they are great and fresh from here — a nice bright green color.

Best 5 guys ever! Burgers are always hot, juicy, fresh & cooked to perfection! LOVE the Cajun fries, not too spicy. The staff here is extremely friendly & they are always cleaning. Go here often for lunch!

I’ve been to Five Guys a few times and while I think they’re good, I don’t understand the hype behind them. They have a very limited menu, but there’s a fairly decent toppings list and the fries are delicious. That being said, the real problem I have with this place is the burger always feels like mush, especially near the end. I’ve had many a burger both greasy and not so it’s not that, but it’s a real mess if you get more than a few toppings, especially if you choose hot sauce.

We were visiting the area and decided it was time for a burger. This spot looked clean and bright so we dropped in. This was our first trip to a 5 Guys Burger shop so we were not really sure what to order. The choice is really only burgers! I went with the cheese burger and fries with the works(I did not go with the ‘extra’ works which included hot peppers and many other options). They make them fresh right in front of you and while watching I found out the ‘regular’ burger is a double patty. The fries are fresh cut from Idaho potatoes that were dated just a couple days before our visit. I have to say the burgers and fries were very good, I will defiantly be back.

This is the best 5 guys I have been to for one reason. One of the guys working there(very large black guy) was super friendly, helpful and actually made my mood better with his. The food was perfect, as usual. The only down side was that there were only 3 outside tables, two were put together for a 4 some to eat and the other one had a chubby hispanic worker sitting there(i assume on break?) with her feet up on the other chair screaming at someone on her cell. We went in, ordered, ate and when we left, she was still there on her cell. When its 75* out and there are only 3 tables outside and 30 inside, i don’t expect the prime seating to be taken by unprofessional staff to scream at people on their phones.

Everybody rants and raves about this place, my kids especially. The burgers are better than any other fast food place, but that’s because they’re cooking and decorating your burger to order, and the trimmings are fresh. The burgers are not as good as you might get at decent pub chain, and not much cheaper, but it is a lot faster. The fries are fantastic, they slice the potatoes fresh, and you get them burning hot right out of the frier, not from under a heat lamp like other fast food places. Good skin on most fries, and one order of fries is enough for three people. Don’t let the kids have their own orders of fries or you’ll be carrying them home in a sack and eating leftovers for a week! The standard burger is a double burger, and they call a regular, single pattie burger a «small» burger. and it’s an effective ploy, because I think I’m the only one who orders the«small» burger, which is not really small, it’s just not a double burger. I’m sure that if they named them«burger» and«double burger» they’d probably sell less than half as many double burgers. The vegetatian burger is simpply a bun and toppings, so don’t order a vegetarian burger without toppings, because all you’ll get is a piece of bread. My kids all love the state of the art soda fountain, it has a computer touch screen; touch coke and you’ll get another screen, with about five different kinds of coke. Click on the Fanta button you get eight flavors, same with Sprite, Minutemaid, etc, so there are about 100 options. I’m sure most of these Five Guys are about the same, but I know that the owner of this one has participated in events where he donates a chunk of the day’s pofits to a local charter school. It feels a lot better eating burgers and fries when you can say you’re giving back to the community at the same time!

We just tried Five Guys tonight after hearing about it from friends. They completely beat my expectations, which I’ll admit were pretty low when I saw the décor, location, and clientele that were frequenting the establishment tonight… The menu is super small. We were only warned about the fries being huge, not the jumbo burgers, so we got the regular ones instead of the little ones. Our mistake. The regular burgers have 2 big patties, which are clearly made of beef, not filler like at McDonalds. They cook them to order, so they’re hot and juicy and just all around wonderful. They have a ton of toppings, which are free to add. Our cheeseburgers were $ 5.79 each. The small ones were $ 4 and change. I have no idea what you would feed a child here… there’s nothing like a kids meal or a happy meal or anything like that. The burgers are SOOO good though. Beats the pants off of McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy’s, and all of those other fast food places. I love burgers, so this was right up my alley… again, it was just a bit on the huge side and I could have definitely done with a smaller burger. We were warned about the fries being huge, so we just got a large order($ 4.99) to share. That was mistake number 2… we should have gotten a regular order to share. They fill up the cup(which is like a big soft drink cup) with fries and apparently dump it in the bottom of your bag, then fill it up again with your real fries. I’m not even kidding, I took all the loose fries out of the bag and filled the cup to the top again with them. So many fries… Since we were doing the take out thing we didn’t get any drinks, but those will run you just over $ 2 a piece. So basically we spent just a few more dollars than we would have at McDonalds and got twice as much food that was significantly higher quality. We’ll definitely go back to Five Guys the next time we need a burger fix.

I first had these burgers in Virginia, and I’ve been hooked ever since! Warning! The«little burgers» are pretty much a standard size burger, and their regular burgers are double patties. I made the mistake of ordering two regular burgers on my first visit, and, to my great shame, ate both despite being ready to explode. The fries are phenomenal! Every Five Guys I’ve gone to has been consistent. Warning number two: this is not a first date restaurant. The burgers are messy, and are not great for first impressions, but worth losing the chance for a second date.

New franchise. Keeping it very clean. Lotta quantity. Fries are more then plentiful and peanuts are bottomless and free. Burgers are huge but you gotta pay for those and I mean pay! But what do you expect with getting a ton of fries and free peanuts? Wallet has to get hit somewhere. Toppings are free also so if you have a problem with something other then the meat that’s your problem. Expect $ 25 for 2. Nice addition for Franklin.

Just discovered that they now have a Five Guys in my area(somewhat) so I could not resist giving it a try after all the hype I’ve heard. I got the small cheeseburger(1 patty instead of the usual 2) with grilled onions; a regular order of fries; and a regular fountain drink for just under $ 10. The burger was very fresh and you could clearly tell it was made from ground beef and not a meat-like substance in a compressed patty form. Also, I thought it was really nice that they had tons of free toppings usually not found in fast food burger joints(grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, jalapeño peppers, etc). Fries are all hand-cut so that is nice and they were cooked perfectly but they seemed to be unsalted which I found strange; fries should have at least a little salt on them right away since it doesn’t stick as well when you add it yourself afterwards. Also, the fries were very greasy, so much so that it was extremely visible on the bag.(I guess it is at least good that they use cholesterol free peanut oil. LOL). Prices are a bit high for fast food but the quality here is definitely higher than McDonald’s or BK. Everything is a la carte which in general makes for higher prices; they could use to add a couple of combo meals. At the very least they could add a small size to the fries lineup so a solo diner could get a taste without having to eat a whole regular order which is quite large; I imagine the large order is meant for sharing since I could barely finish a regular and I’m not a small guy. Also, $ 1.99 for a regular fountain soda(also no smalls available) is too expensive IMO, especially for a fast food place. Overall, a solid«A-OK». Has 4-star potential if some combo meals are added or price points dropped a bit. Also, I’m not a health fanatic but they did not seem to have ANY healthy(ier) options.
