Great vibe the store has!!! I ordered the strawberry breeze bubble tea & orange cream latte with boba!!! The drinks were really cool & yummy to drink on a hot summer day!!! Sad to say it’s closing down soon!!! So you might want to restock on your tea and tea supplies!!!

In hotter weather they offer bubbles with their tea, which is freshly brewed and delightful for your senses! But they have this amazing Matcha Green Tea Lemonade which is really quite unlike anything I’ve had before and it isn’t too sweet, which mostly how I like my tea but it has a zest that just makes me crave it all the time.
The matcha also has a nice kick!!!

My wife loves this place! There are only two tables by the window, very homey small town shop vibe. Great tea and scones. Perfect little spot in downtown Franklin.

They have delicious bubble tea! Definitely happy I was in downtown Franklin to bump into this shop :)

I love their BOBA TEA!!! I’m originated from Taiwan and I think their boba are pretty authentic!!! Highly recommend to people who like boba as I do!!! Would definitely go there again!!!

Such a wonderful specialty tea store! You can smell samples of all of the varieties of teas which is helpful in making a decision bc all of the varieties sound so good! My husband enjoyed their iced peach white tea and I found the Paris black tea delicious.
The owner and staff are also very nice and knowledgeable and take the time to help you find the best tea for your tastes. The store is very peaceful & if you need to recharge after shopping on Main you can relax and enjoy your tea at one of two indoor café tables too.

A pleasant little boutique with a knowledgable proprietor. A great place for the tea lover in your life, with good teas available loose in bulk, and various nifty tea accessories. Right in the middle of the Main street retail extravaganza that is downtown Franklin.

Absolutely love this place! I’m a huge fan of bubble tea but have always wished it could be less sweet. Franklin Tea uses naturally flavored teas that you can then have sweetened according to your taste.
Unique weekly flavors of boba and tea, but any tea on their menu can be brewed on request.
The owner is kind and genuine. The joyful work she puts into the shop is evident — 5 stars for sure.

Sweet little tea shop that gives you a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the town square area.
Their teas come from all over the world and are different varieties so you have options. You can also purchase tea accessories for that caffeine lover in your life.
Bubble tea is probably the most popular thing. They have the oversized straws that you put in your tea cup that allows you to suck up the globby gooey flavored tea bubbles. If you have glooby things you should stay away from bubble tea.
The prices are really affordable for the quality. The staff is very knowledgeable so if you have tea questions don’t hesitate to ask.

I was shopping in Franklin and saw the reviews of this tea shoppe and decided to pop in. I’m glad I did. The sweet gal working there was extremely helpful and she was great at giving suggestions but not just upselling. She was also very good at pointing out different options for different budgets and she was great about explaining the teas for those who are used to just boiling water in the micro and tossing a teabag in. Lol. She also gave an honest opinion on a specific tea if you asked about it. I really felt special in there and the prices were reasonable. There’s also tea service offered so that’s a nice perk as well. Even if you aren’t a huge tea drinker it’s still worth going in and looking around.

This is a friendly little shop with great teas and knowledgeable staff. I spent the day in Franklin a while back doing some shopping, and stopped by with the intention of just grabbing a refreshing iced tea. I ended up getting a delicious iced currant tea, I believe, with lychee bubbles. It was really, really good. My sister and I chatted with the two women who worked there, and ended up picking up some loose teas, as well. It’s an adorable little place, and the teas we bought were of very good quality. It’s also a great place to pick up cute gifts.

Wife tried some Morrocon mint tea from here. The owner was a very nice lady who we chatted with for a little bit. Very cute little shop and the prices seemed decent.

if i ever get anywhere close to nashville, i always stop in to this shop and stock up on my loose leaf. really interesting selection of gorgeous teas with very reasonable prices by the ounce, and very well-​organized and thorough instructions for brewing, which i appreciate. it’s always fun to try whatever flavor they have available to taste too, otherwise we never would have tried coconut green tea (so good!). staff is friendly and knowledgeable, so don’t be afraid to ask!

The owner of this store is really nice. I spent much more time there talking to her than I intended to. We chatted about tea and ended up talking about cupcakes and ice cream.
I’m usually not a fan of frilly flavored teas, but I tried the daily special iced tea, which was pretty good and had a coconut flavor. I bought some Roobias tea, a non-​caffeinated tea from South Africa.
What I think is great about this store is that the owner will let you buy tea in small 1oz amounts, so you can buy a variety of different types for under $ 10. If you know someone who likes tea, she has a variety of teapots and steeping teacups, and she even has teacosies, which are very difficult to find in America!

Franklin Tea is a good place to stop in for pretty much any variety of tea that you may prefer, whether it is loose leaf, bag, herbal or traditional.
They usually have a tea of the day available for sampling. Sold in attractive bags, the tea makes a great gift.
They also carry an impressive collection of tea pots, strainers, and brewers. I think it would be great if you could sit and drink you tea there, but it is not set up that way.

Franklin Tea is a specialty loose leaf tea store. They also have a nice supply of tea service items like tea pots, one-​cup tea brewers, tea strainers, and fancy decorative tea pots. The loose leaf tea collection is really the draw for this little spot. The selection includes black teas, flavored teas, and specialty blends created by the Franklin Tea store.
They had a brewed sweet tea for sampling when I visited on Saturday. It was delicious. I love tea, so I had fun looking at all the little trinkets for brewing tea here. They had a cool collection of one-​cup brew mugs which were really great. The prices here are also really reasonable, especially considering they are located in downtown Franklin.
