The pizza is very good. Good crust, tasty sauce and if you get a topping or two they are generous. They do the pizza lunch for my sons school and they’ve hooked that picky eater ;)

We’ve had pizza a few times from Imperial. I recommend the thin crust. This one of better pizza place in Franklin. We’ve had delivery a few times and service has been timely.

Delivery took almost an hour for one chicken finger dinner. Salad consisted of 10 pounds of dressing and shredded lettuce that you use in tacos. Chicken fingers were overcooked and fries were soggy.

It’s unfortunate that this review has to be my first Unilocal.
My wife and I just ordered from them for the first time, and we won’t make that mistake twice. She ordered a steak and cheese with extra cheese, and got minimal cheese. I got a buffalo chicken sandwich. I ordered American cheese on it with blue cheese on the side, and of course got neither. On top of that, the guy that took the call was a wicked douche. I wouldn’t order from these guys again if I was starving and my only other option was eating my dog Alive style.
