I experienced a breakdown 90 miles north of Pittsburgh last weekend… the Sunday before Labor Day… not fun. I used AAA to get a tow and was lucky enough to be helped by Bruce with Lowry’s Auto Body & Towing. He was incredibly quick and immediately greeted my friends and I with calm and a smile — exactly what we needed to relax. He was so helpful talking us through our problem-​solving brainstorm and shared with us his knowledge of the local area. He was fantastic, and if I lived anywhere near Pittsburgh, I would feel comfortable and confident with leaving my car in the care of Bruce. Thank you for your help!
