Dr. Deaton is fantastic! We had gone to him after a switch in insurance (had previously seen a Dr. at Vandy for the same issue prior to the switch in insurance). I was actually more impressed with Dr. Deaton than I had been with the Dr. at Vanderbilt. He’s professional, his approach was appropriately conservative (especially for a surgeon… a lot of times they just want to rush right to surgery), and he was willing to listen to what I wanted, and treat accordingly. I can’t say enough good things about him! I would recommend him to any one and would certainly go back to him if we need to.
