The Laundry Shop

We started taking our laundry to The Laundry Shop when we received a gift certificate from our daughter a year ago and have been going back ever since. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they do a great job with our laundry. Everything is folded, hung and smells terrific. We highly recommend taking your clothing to John and his team. Or if you prefer to do your own, they have the facilities for that also. We continue going for years to come. Greg and Judy H.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DRY CLEANING HERE!!! I spilled something on the bridesmaids dress I was supposed to wear for my best friend’s wedding and brought it here for cleaning. When I dropped it off I let them know that this dress was very important and they could take as long as they wanted cleaning it as long as they were extremely careful with it.
I should have known there was a problem right away when the lady who took my dress couldn’t even quote a price on the cleaning, but told me the owner would call me when he got in. When the owner didn’t call me, I called him to discuss my dress and he couldn’t even find it! After he finally found it, I told him I was going to just come back and get it because their actions up to this point made me too nervous to leave my dress in their care. He gave me a long story about the whole situation and then told me if I take it elsewhere what kinds of chemicals they should be sure not to use on the dress because of the delicate chiffon material. Given his professionalism in this respect, I started thinking maybe it had all been a misunderstanding and decided to let them keep my business and clean my dress.
BIG MISTAKE! He called me when my «dress was clean» a few days later and not only was it not clean AT ALL, it had multiple snags in it and the hem was coming apart that I had just had done! The lady checking me out said she didn’t know what to tell me so called the owner so I could talk to him. She even told him it was not clean and there were multiple snags in it. He offered to redo it, but there was no way I was leaving this dress in their care for one more minute!
Not only did they not clean it and DAMAGED IT, but they even still made me pay for the «service!!!» UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Super nice staff, always clean, great price deals, comfortable atmosphere. The owner and staff here are over the top nice people. They are nice and caring, the kind of people who notice someone needs help and just do it, like for me coming out to help bring in my laundry when they saw me outside bringing it in, or holding doors for people and many other things, just old fashioned good hearted people they have for staff. The place was recently remodeled. I never saw it before but it looks great. They have very clean restrooms and wash area, they have a TV with a huge I think plastma with table and chairs there as well as an area with toys for kids to play with. They also have more tables in the front. They also have the daily newespapers from surrounding areas and lots of magazines. So, it is very comfortable waiting for your clothes. There are several choices of machines and they have great price deals during the week. The clothes wash well and dry quickly. They have small to huge type washers and dryers. They also will do your laundry for you, have dry cleaning serving, ironing, and other services. It is fully attended. There is a soda and snack vending machine. You may hear country or mix music in the background. Its always clean and I can say I see the owner in there very often and again he is super nice person. So I really recommend this place.

I love this place! Great music, lots of magazines to read while laundry is washing… The ladies that own/​run the place are so nice and helpful. The only thing I do not like are the prices of the machines. $ 1.25 for a small *small* load. I guess you pay for cleanliness though, the place is immaculate.
