I’m giving them 2 stars for the first person I had contact with on the phone. She had excellent customer service skills and even answered questions I didn’t ask yet. The customer service went downhill from there. Thursday — I placed my order. Monday(4 days after ordering) — I received an e-mail late in the afternoon(their time) saying the product I had ordered was discontinued. I wasn’t told this over the phone on Thursday when I spoke with the customer service person even though I had given her the product number. I wasn’t given another similar product number to look up, I apparently had to do it myself. I tried calling the person who sent me an e-mail twice on Monday and got no response. I went online and started a chat and then was told my account manager(or whatever they’re called) would call me soon. She called and I gave her another product number. She said she’d have to check to see if those were available. I didn’t hear back from her until the next day(Tuesday). Tuesday(5 days after ordering) — She gave me a new invoice for the new product with a $ 160 jump in the shipping cost. She again didn’t answer the phone when I called to find out why the extreme difference in price for shipping. I sent her an e-mail asking about the shipping. Wednesday(6 days after ordering) — Received an e-mail saying, «Unfortunately, our online system figures shipping to the 48 states. It does not include shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.» I sent her an e-mail back and cancelled my order and told her that I entered my zip code when I ordered and it gave me a shipping price from that. Sounds like a bait and switch to me. «Oh, the product you ordered has been discontinued even though it’s still on our website as available. But you can find another product that’s a little cheaper but we’re going to charge you more for shipping than what the product costs.» I will never try to order anything from them again.

This company confirmed my order 746054306 of 20 frisbees for $ 36.24. I was contacted the next by Brittany Collier I honestly replied to her email that I’m not a business only a handicapped person looking for inexpensive frisbees to train my lab puppy. She canceled my order and referred me to amazon. This is false advertising!

I placed an order with usimprints. My order was cancelled because I was told that I needed to order more, even though the website says to order as many blank items as you like, but that there was a minimum for printed items. Under the frequently asked questions, it states that there is a minimum order of $ 100. It doesn’t state that it has to be the same item. I did order over $ 100, so I met the criteria. I would not recommend this company, as they do not stand by what they advertise.

Placed a custom order in on a Monday and I received it the next Monday. Customer service was very prompt answering any questions I had and had the proof ready in a day. They also didn’t bother me when I waited a week to place the order after receiving the proof. I recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future if I ever need to.
