Had a great experience tubing on the Bogue Chitto river with Louisiana River Adventures (formerly known as Wayne’s World). They drove us to the starting point to get our tubes and drop us in the water (they also offer cooler tubes for your beer/​water) and we ended back where we had parked our cars.
At the parking site they have various things that you may need while tubing available for purchase. I think they also have food, but I didn’t get any. Portable restrooms and small changing cabins are also located on site, as well as a place to shower off after spending the day in the river.
The river ranges in depth from 1 to 15 feet. There are small beaches with garbage pails along the way, but be forewarned– the bugs are nasty once you leave the water!
