It’s a nice place, until you find out about their classes.* Their sign-​up sheets says it in big capital letters: «SCS AND FRASER ONLY»! Meaning if you didn’t sign with their franchise, you’re not welcome. But other AF gyms have no such policy. It’s open to all AF members, as a matter of company policy, regardless of your home gym.
Also, what’s with all the stair climbers that people use, but not one decent elliptical? Not the crappy Precor, but the Lifetime ones.
*Update: Used to be 6 classes, now cut down to 3. Not worth it. They deny it has anything to do with the new paid group PT.

I’ve been to a few anytimes and this is the best so far. More room than others, a separate fitness room for spin class, yoga, kick boxing, and free exercise. There are 2 tanning rooms and clean bathrooms. I will deff be coming back.
Only request: for a heavy bag to be put up.
