I called up a week in advance and booked a cabin/house with a gentleman(Barbara’s husband?) who was a little abrupt, but friendly. He explained everything to me and then called me back once my check arrived to confirm my email address. All the necessary information arrived via email and we made the trip to Pine Mountain Club. We were told that the office would be closed the day of our arrival but that the key would be in a certain spot. The next day we returned to the office to sign the paperwork and provide additional funds to Barbara. She was professional and friendly. We loved our cabin(Malloy) because of the location and tasteful decorations, and would definitely Pine Mountain Rentals. The only negative was the need to send a check upfront, and the lack of 21st century technology to give our information(online versus doing everything by phone).
