Bowman Plains Mini Storage

Horrible customer service. Made an appointment to come in and when I got there at my appointment time (30 min before closing time posted on their door) they were there but said they were closing early and couldn’t help me. I couldn’t believe it, I had driven a long way. They then said I should come back the next day. When I told them I needed something right away and begged them to let me into the unit, they said I could try somewhere else but said disparaging things about their competition. Let me tell you, I found other storage facilities in the area more than happy to accommodate me on short notice and these places actually appear to stay open for their posted hours.
They justified it by saying they needed a life outside the business. It seems to be a husband/​wife duo that own/​operate it. I thought that is fine but then don’t make an appointment if you don’t want to be there and don’t own a business that requires long open hours and have no employees and get surprised by not having a life outside of it.
Facility looks nice on the outside but what is the point if you cannot get in there and customer service is awful. I am glad I guess I saw this upfront so I didn’t have to experience this after I moved in.
