Had a very pleasant interaction — friendly serviceman came to my new house in Fredericksburg, replaced 3 cylinders and drilled a new deadbolt. Felt very happy to move to a new city and immediately have a good interaction with a local business. Timely, fair pricing, friendly — will definitely give future business to Professional Lock & Key.

Quick, courteous, professional. I had a really odd problem and they fixed it so quickly I think I got the same stoplight cycle at Falmouth. I have some lock issues at the house and a gun safe. I will definitely give them my business. Oh and read the story of the company on their website — it should be made into a movie.

I had a streak of unfortunate luck today with my truck keys. So I searched for a lock Smith, and found Professional Lock service. After calling and speaking with the representative over the phone, in less then 10 to 15 minutes their service guy was on the scene taking care of my key issue. I have had to deal with lock services in my past but never have I experienced such service as this. They were Fast & Efficient. The technician was extremely nice and knowledgeable, and the cost was reasonable considering my problem.
I would definitely recommend professional lock and key service, and I would definitely use them again should I ever need them again.
