Belle Tresor Studio

Today I went to the beauty shop with my daughter. We both got her hair done. We were there for close to two hours and my daughter was engaged by watching a movie on my cell phone. I had it very low in the first place and asked if it was ok. Which I was told it was ok. It really helped to make sure that my little girl was on her best behavior as she is six. Towards the end of my appointment the manager came over and demeaningly talk to me like I was a five-​year-​old. Yelling at me to turn it down for a few minutes. Which by the way the first time she said it I immediately took the volume off. Not to mention the fact that she was about 2 feet from me with her finger practically right in my face. All she had to do was to tell me to turn it down. I didn’t need to hear explanation, her extremely disrespectful tone of voice, or her body language. After my haircut was completely complete, I talk to her and she denied the whole incident with a fake smile. even though everybody in the entire salon heard it. If she talks to her customers this way, imagine how she treats her staff. not only will I let everybody I know what a bad experience I had, but I feel bad for her employees!

Very clean salon, staff is nice and friendly, they offer coffee and water while you wait. I had a color and trim. Autumn is very knowledgeable and confident in her work. She told me everything she was going to do. She made me feel comfortable. The part I enjoyed the most was a warm towel they put on your wet hair while you sit for a few minutes for the conditioning process, it is a nice touch. I will definitely be returning here. Prices are reasonable.

Arriving from Houston it was difficult to know where to go for a good salon that won’t ruin your hair. I found Belle Tresor thru Unilocal and haven’t been disappointed. Good service, great stylists, always friendly and clean! Highly recommend.

I have found my new favorite hair salon! Belle Tresor did a great job cutting my super wavy, hard to control hair. The atmosphere was upscale and clean. The stylist was excellent and to top it off, the entire staff seemed very friendly. I have found a new salon!
